Hello dear volunteers (followers),

After Firefox Update to 100.0, the Theme that I created (JOHN - Light Grey) stopped working properly. More Specific all drop-down and pull-down menus have been transformed to a "white" background color, overcoming the initial created one, which was "dark gray".

So I tried to revise (update) my "Theme". But this became impossible.

In Developer Hub, in Theme Generator there was a (pink) frame warning "the following manifest properties that your most recent version upload used in it's manifest are unsupported in this wizard and will be ignored: properties popup popup_text tab_loading So I couldn't edit the theme and even more I can't finish and save any changes. Well, Is there any skilled user to give me a hand ? I would appreciate too much any piece of advice ...

For ‘few a few weeks now the option to choose where to save files has failed, even with the latest 101.0.1 (64-bit) on windows 11 Home. Any ideas?

This evening I changed the default location to my data area, so at least it will hopefully defaulting to ms 'downloads' folder.

Starting, I believe, with 12/20/2023 build of FF Nightly, the "Page Info" window has a bizarre alternating highlight on the media tab, and full highlight on the Permissions tab, but no highlight on the Security tab. Other FF windows, like the download/history box, have no issue. I could change Windows theme to dark to invert the all backgrounds to black, and the text to white, but that's just hiding the issue. Nothing in add-ons was changed, and none of them would cause this.

tell me how to undo "troubleshoot mode", read the "help" article, do not understand.

tell me how to undo the "More from Mozilla" in about:preferences. I have NO idea.

I try, but I am usually confused by these help articles.

hello there , I am posting this question for the second time since I can't see the previous one anywhere. Can someone help me with css to customize the New Tab top-sites(shortcuts) labels. I would like to change the font-size and color of the labels. My previous userContent.css does not work since FF94. Hope there is a way. look4

You can't disable firefox spell checking. Check your spelling as you type. Misconfiguration? Did you make a mistake somewhere? I'm not sure. I mainly use two types of IME, Microsoft IME and google Japanese input.

I have recently bought a new laptop and installed Firefox, which I have been using for a long time. After signing into my Firefox account, everything synced over to my new Firefox account, apart from the colorways theme that I chose with the Firefox 94 update - mine is "Foto - Soft". Is there any way that I can get this theme on my newly installed version of Firefox? Thanks.

I hardly use tabs, and I have a widescreen notebook. So one of the most important features a browser must have is not to waste vertical space.

Unfortunately, Firefefox still has always tab bar open even if there is only one tab.

There was a css code to overcome this problem. Unfortunately, it does not work with FF 106 anymore (another one stopped working with 103). It always shows a "+" sign and uses vertical space.

1. ) How can I get rid of the tab bar? Is there a working css code or is it a feature now of FF? 2.) BTW, also one of the most important addons for me "I don't care about cookies" is not working anymore 3.) How can I fully stop updates? They are causing far too many problems 4.) I already know that css and addons are not officially supported by Mozilla.

Within the Add-on Manager by clicking Manage Extension Shortcuts - you can make shortcuts for add-ons to perform specific functions via the buttons on your keyboard, but I want to actually be able to use the buttons on my actual mouse rather than the keyboard.

Does anybody know if this is possible? Currently when I try to use my mouse to input a 'shortcut' in the 'Type a shortcut' box nothing works.

Are there any about:config settings or add-ons that can enable me to use my Mouse to make shortcuts for my add-ons?

is there a config option to prevent the showing of user/pw proposals when opening a website for which user account data is saved? When i'm logging into a website with already saved user data, i get account proposals (as ff saves the data "per domain", say if you have 3 accounts to one website, e.g. a test user, an administrator and a cms administrator, they are all presented where needed content may be...) see pict. I would like to opt out this behavior, as i have more than one website with 2 or more accounts.

When scrolling down I choose to read an article in a new window. When I open the new window, on the right side, a pop up window appears titled “Join the Conversation” or “More from Daily Express” blocking some of the article’s words. How can I stop this pop up window from appearing? Thanks.

I have been having this issue for such a long time now but its really getting ridiculous now, I have tried to follow so many guides and re-installs and .XPI installs and nothing is working, I am beyond stumped as to what can be the problem, someone please help me fix this.

Hello I don't have sound on Firefox. I made all points from article mozilla's about trobleshooting with sound, but it still doesn't works. I have sound on others - Chrome, Edge, Opera. I tried also install Firefox to my laptop and it's the same problem. I turned off blocking of sound in settings. What can I do with it? I very like Firefox and don't image to be without it. I am new to firefox, and not a developer. I have seen articles showing how to install a Language module (done, GB English), but when I right click in a text box all the advice says I should see a "Dictionary" sub menu, but I don't. Spellchecker works in Chrome and Safari, just not firefox. Any ideas...

I don't want tabs i open through middle click to be focused immediately. I checked my settings and they aren't supposed to be doing that based on what I see. How do I get this to stop?

One website in particular is almost 100% black. I cannot see most text. On another site, I cannot see check boxes, can't see the trash can icon.

This just happened recently. When I switch to Light Mode in the settings, both sites remain dark.

What settings can I change so everything on a site is visible?

When i visit microsofts website to download windows 10 iso it redirects me to download the media creation tool which complete bloatware nonsense, the redirect happens because im connecting to their website while using a windows device and their websites knows that by inspecting my useragent, when i visit the same website from a virtual linux machine im not redirected and can directly download the iso, this is utter bullshit obviously. is there any extension or a config tweak that i can use to temporarily edit my useragent so websites beleve im using linux while im using windows and vise versa?

My employer sent me a link to sign up for an employment planning service. I need to enter my name, DOB and their entry code. The second line is being blocked and I cannot type in it. I need to type their entry code on this line. I have attached a copy of the screenshot. I am not sure what the Mask limit is for this line as it is not a line that I am typing my email address in.

I need HELP!
