Hello, i have a problem with my account information. The story is that i reinstall my PC i tried to log in my firefox buy it turns that i forgot my password. So i change it at 12:31 on 1.11.2022. So at first time i didn't saw anything wrong but when i tried to look into one saved password it turned that i do not have any. But on the are there. Can you fix this because all my bookmarks passwords are there for years i have been with this account and i do not want to loose it.

Hi, I received a charge on my statement this morning from "MOZILLACORP" but I'm not sure for what... Could you look into and get to the bottom of this please. Of course I could just be being a tad antsy but I honestly don't remember buying anything from you guys this morning. Maybe your vendors charge through you? I need to follow many hyperlinks. Everything worked fine and the followed hyperlinks changed from blue to purple. In the last 2 days, they stay blue. I have gone to settings and reset it multiple times, but the only way I can get the change is to make the screen high contrast, which I do not want. I have refreshed Firefox. I have the latest update (which might be what changed). What is the problem?

Happened to look in Task Manager, , there are 23 applications of Firefox running. Why ? I have two windows and a total of 7 tabs open. What's up with that ?

I don't know how to identify this problem. WHAT IT IS: for about 6 days now I have been getting a message from my PNCBank saying unable to connect, try another browser. Previously it has worked just fine. I have not changed any information and the same crredentials work flawlessly with Chrome.

I cannot log into a particular website when I use Firefox. I know it is on GoDaddy Server and they use wordpress.

I clear my cache and even reboot my computer but still can't get in. I have no problems when I use Safari. Is there a setting I need to change in Firefox? Did I forget the double secret probation workaround?

Firefox has blocked my ability to login to online auction sites that I have been logging into for more than a DECADE without telling me. Now I cannot login. I am 68 years old. Firefox is not my mother and I do NOT need or want another mother. How do I fix this so I can login to these online auction sites and prevent Firefox from sticking their nose into my business and tampering with my account without telling me again? Thank you.

Can't stream Amazon after update. What's the issue? Watching videos, LiveTV on MEdge works fine. Refreshed FF and didn't work. Followed instructions on managing DRM controlled content and still not working. FF is broken. Please fix or please help. Thank you.

I use Firefox on my Mac. Since updating to the OS Ventura, I now see many words on different sites, as well as numbers, show up as things like zzjk{d instead of saying brett. This happens on my ebay site, my american express site which I cannot see any numbers of transactions cost since all the numbers show up as (d9 f for example. Something is not working correctly. I checked and and up to date with all firefox updates. Safari works perfect on all sites so this is a Firefox issue. See attached for how some areas on eBay look. Not all words are like this, some are still english spelling correctly. But some pages like this support page are completely unrecognizable but works correctly on Safari.

I have this problem all the time but don't remember it before. Was there a change? Did someone really illiterate become part of the design team? Today's problem word was neuropathy. Not exactly an uncommon word in our diabetic prone society. Sometimes its words way more common than that. This makes no sense at all.

For some unknown reason, I am no longer able to download anything in Firefox. The download manager just says "Failed". I tried using another browser and I am able to download okay. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I continue to have problems with my computor. the GJS error not responding firefox web browser shut my computor down. I power off still does the same thing the gjs not responding you do updates and some programs don't work like these two. Please helpme

I spent last week at the bench and now when I open my Firefox browser, I discovered that all my bookmarks have disappeared. The folders are there but not the bookmarks. I tried to restore my last backup which was on July 7 this year but the backup failed to restore. I had over 11 MB. What is wrong? How can I restore my lost bookmarks? These bookmarks have information that I will need in the next days.
