I created an account with chat gpt with my google login. Lately, when I try to log into it using Firefox, after I click the "Continue with Google" button, I am redirected to https://www.arkoselabs.com/ !

After a few tries with the same result, I tried in chrome and had no issues accessing my account.

This one's stumpped me. I'm at a loss. Anyone else having this problem? Is it a redirect virus? Chrome is prone to the yahoo redirect virus. I'm wondering if this is similar or if there's somethin' wrong.

Auto play blocking is no longer working.

Anyone have good values that block auto playing videos?

I have created a WordPress Website and some of the images are not showing on the FireFox browser. There is no problems on Chrome or Safari browsers. The first image is a screen shot from the Chrome Browser of a section on my website, the second image is a screen shot of the same section but from FireFox Browers. Can you help fix this problem?

YouTube keeps blanking out at regular intervals. I can watch videos and try returning to the main page, only to load as blank, with only the menu icon in the upper left corner showing. This keeps happening, and the only solution is to close the browser and use Wise Disk Cleaner (or similar software) to clean the cache before restarting the browser. I have to do this several times pr. Day.

I have tried the most normal solutions I have found, already posted, like:

- Disabling Hardware acceleration - Uninstalling Ad-blockers

I have the following add-ons installed:

- Dashlane - Adblocker Plus - Honey - Return YouTube Dislike - Zotero - Express VPN - LeanLibrary

Are there any other options to attempt to correct this extremely annoying problem? I just want to surf YouTube in peace.

UbuntuStudio 22.04 uses the Firefox Snap package by default. The latest automatic update does not display pages correctly in normal mode, but does work correctly on Safe Mode. Snap.io lists only the latest version of Firefox so I was unable to ask snap to revert to the previous release (prior to 5 Mar 24) and by the time I had tried to investigate the previous version was no longer cached. I did not see a way to force a fresh download of firefox from the latest channel on snap.io.

I tried the snap beta channel for v124, but that exhibited the same problems.

I tried adding a symbolic link to colors.css after seeing firefox complaining that it could not be found when started from the command line. That removed the error/warning message but did not clear the problem with normal mode.

I use the en-GB locale extension only. The technical details about my PC are as follows:

I have now downloaded v123 and installed it in my local home directory, and that version is working well. I have removed the firefox channel via snap. It is likely to be a fault in the construction of the snap for v123 that was not present for v122 prior to 5 Mar 24.

My Kaiser website kp.org can't come up...the following error message:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Often, when I go to a website with a store, a website called "coupon2deal" (coupontodeal.com) will pop up. It will be at the beginning of my list of tabs, and it will have a miniature tab with no exit button (I need to right-click it to exit). I believe this may have started after I installed the Honey extension, a similar service, but it has not gone away after uninstalling Honey. I tried blocking the site, but the tab still pops up, just with the website blocked.

Firefox automatically updated to 123.0. Now the only tabs that will open are to support.mozilla.org or similar mozilla.org links. Everything was fine this morning, but now nothing works. This is problematic because I have a lot of tabs open for different sites that I work on daily.

Whenever I try to play videos on Firefox, the elements don't load right and no video will begin. On Youtube, this is usually either a blank page with no video element, or I get an error stating that the video can't be played. On Twitch, I get the streamer's default 'not streaming' message, even if they are live, and VODs don't work. I have several extensions to protect privacy and block ads, but even if they are all turned off I still have this problem. I've also tried turning my VPN off and on, and setting it to various different locations. Nothing works. I can watch videos on another browser without issue. After installing Update 123.0.1, History and Bookmarks no longer show up in the search bar even though they're still checked in my Search settings. What could be causing this? Thanks!

I am trying to find answers in relation to my Favourites shorcuts not showing the Icon for some well known websites e.g BBC World News, CNN. Once answer found on the Firefox Forum is: Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

This is just typical of many answers I find on the Firefox forums whereby the suggested solutions seem to bear no resemblance to my Firefox system. Am I using something different? Everything points to me having the latest up to date version of Firefox. For example if I click on the four horizontal line hamburger on top right of the screen I do not see anything that begins with "Tools" in the menu options. I see "Settings" and "More Tools" but none lead to "Options>Content: Fonts & Colors> Advanced: [X]. simarly, If I click on "Tools" in the menu at the top of the Browser nothing leads to "Options". Any suggestions please?

After re-installing Firefox, my Bookmarks are gone. I could reinstall them as I go along, but my Folders (used to organize) are also gone. Worse: I cannot seem to figure out how to re-create folders or move those Bookmarks I have. Any suggestions.

I open a website (opentable.com) and it opens momentarily then the screen goes blank white. I can open the site using microsoft edge.

Something has changed as this previously was not a problem

Just downloaded Firefox a day ago; since a friend told me that its better than Edge. It seemed fine at first and then went and looked at task manager. It's using way more memory than Edge. Firefox has 19 separate tasks running totaling to ~1,500 MB. I need to know what I can do to lower it. My friend made it sound like Firefox was way less memory intensive. I don't even keep 10 tabs open at a time. Any help would be appreciated.

The update to version 123.0 seems to have an issue. When I open a private browsing window, the bookmarks bar does not show. When I select always show, which is already selected ... it will show the bookmarks bar ... but if I go to a site or open a new tab it disappears again unless I select always show again, or hit ctrl shift b ... A fix would be great. Thanks so much

Roboform does not load. I have reinstalled it and the toolbar does not load or does the roboform small icon.
