I cannot find a solution and it doesn't happen every time on the site but several times a week. I have VPN, and enhanced tracking which I've tried turning them off but I get the same reply. I'd like a fairly simple answer if possible since I'm not tech smart but need help to see if I'm doing something wrong. I opened up my Firefox today after a week away and have not been able to connect to anything. I’ve tried other browsers and they function fine. I’ve emptied the cache of cookies, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my laptop but for some reason, despite it all, Firefox is the one that refuses to work. Even now I’m getting ‘Secure Connection Failed’ and I’ve been at it for three hours at this point. Do i just need to take my laptop into store at this point?

I've disabled extensions, cleared cache and restarted. Nothing has helped.
I also have Firefox on my laptop and have no problems connecting to Dropbox.com
