After closing Firefox, I often get a message for "creating a new profile". It seems difficult to do this and it would be very helpful to have a link where this can be easily done. Thanks for all your help. Alok Bhargava [edited email from community support forum]

This website isn't working: "https://account.iheart.com/login/?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Frealradio.iheart.com%2F". I am using FlashPeak Slim Browser, which uses Firefox.

After an unwanted and un-needed update, all my tabs closed and I can't find them again. Then after rolling the browser back to a previous version, now all of my bookmarks are gone. I want them back where are they on the hard drive.

I tried the firefox VPN. I Followed the instructions at:

But no 'VPN' button appears when I sign in (I am in a valid country and was told about the VPN by my browsers update). I have tried restarting and checking the toolbar, but the VPN button that is supposed to be there is not.

According to everything I CAN see, I have Firefox 150. I am still using Windows 10 and I don't seem to have problems with that. However, I CANNOT get to the Firefox Browser. I am very frustrated with only seeing Mozilla this, Mozilla that, but not Firefox. When I go to the help section I am able to click on Firefox Browser, so I know you still have it. The main item that is very different is clicking on Firefox to open it, and then seeing 3 different ways to login. I'm at a loss, and I'm frustrated. Please help me so that I may sign in to Firefox BROWSER.

By the way, when I click on Themes-Add-ons for Firefox and choose what I think looks like PINK, it isn't pink! It's a very strange purple color. I want PINK. Thank you, RhonCa

i am using fox to open the zoom , but is not working

my top bar comes up with dozens of internet pages trying to load when I open any internet page. Have not made any changes to anything. Pita to delete a dozen items trying to load every time I open Firefox. How do I turn that off? Tried looking for way to do that for hours and found nothing.

Sometimes, after restarts, FF forgets every site I'm logged into. Open tabs persist, the login sessions do not. I have no better observation of when this happens, I'm afraid - it's not every time. Because of this it's very hard to reproduce reliably - over the past 2 weeks, it didn't happen and now it was 2 days in a row. "Clear cookies and site data" is definitely off. I have no extensions apart from Dark Reader and uBlock. Because my daily work requires me to use a dozen sites I have to log into, all using 2FA, this is incredibly annoying. I have also completely reset my profile, which did help for a while but then it started again - so I'm thinking the profile reset was more of a coincidence than actual causality.

After upgrading from Firefox version 149 to version 150, I am no longer able to log in to Facebook using Firefox, although login attempts are successful in other browsers. Could you please clarify whether this issue is unintentional, or if there is a strategic reason behind it?

Hi this can anyone shed anylight on this please? I was using Facebook earlier today with no problem then now it won't run nor open yet it runs fine in Google Chrome. I've cleared out the Cookies ect and re-tried but its not pitching anything.
