Hello,

My name is Grey, and I'm experiencing an issue using Firefox as a browser to open my Outlook mail. For the past three days I have not been able to open any emails as a network error screen appears. Using other devices and other browsers like Edge, the emails open fine, so it is not actually a network issue. This problem only occurs using Firefox, and specifically with Outlook emails. Everything else functions fine and I have not made any changes, besides the regular Firefox update. My computer is also up to date.

What can I do about this issue? I appreciate the advice,

I reset a computer, deleting all my files. I want to use, as I do elsewhere, Firefox as my browser. And though I signed into Firefox using my old credentials, none of my bookmarks are there. How do I complete this setup?

I'm using Firefox 124.0.2 (64 bit) on Windows, and every few days I get the error about using an older version of Firefox, with Exit or Create New Profile options. I then run "firefox -allow-downgrade" from the command prompt and everything works fine... for a few days, when it happens all over again. This only started happening a couple of weeks ago, but it's getting really annoying. How do I stop it (short of using something like Waterfox or Brave).

With the latest version of Firefox the menu, etc. have a font size that is TOO SMALL. There are many Mozilla posts about this problem.

My wife cannot read them. I can barely read them. If this is not fixed soon, we will switch to another browser.

Can the Firefox code writers fix this?

For years, I have used print to pdf in Firefox to generate pdf files of long web pages. It always worked. But lately, I noticed that huge numbers of blank pages are inserted in the pdf file, seemingly at random. I looked at the HTML source, and could not see anything that obviously triggers the blank pages. For example, a web page that ought to print to about 35 pages generates a file of more than 600 pages, with most of them blank.

I can use Microsoft Edge as an alternative, but pdf files from that browser strip out all the color, and are nevertheless super huge, about ten times larger than the ones from Firefox. E.g. the file mentioned above, about 35 pages, would be about 1.3 MB from firefox, and 12 MB from Edge. So getting the file from Firefox would be nice.

Is there a reason why print to pdf is behaving in this strange way, and anything I can do about it?

I lost emails in my inbox and draft folders. Contacted carbonite to restore and they asked if emails in these folders were "physical" files that got deleted and if so what type of file the were ( such as MSF). Can some someone help please?

When I turn off the windows animations in Windows 10 the font on Twitter.com changes somewhat. I believe it is altering the character spacing/scaling.

I have not had this behavior on other browsers (Brave, Edge, Chrome & OperaGX tested). I have not noticed this on other websites, but I also haven't really looked.

I have tried to install my password manager Sticky Password several times to the firefox browser. The current version of sticky password is installed and running but the firefox browser leaves me a message saying it is not installed or running.

i just got firefox setup just as i want so dont want to reset it. yes i have used arkenfox to beef up pivacy.

only problem is i assume fingerprint disabling has made the window size like tor browser.

is there a way via the shortcut to "c:\mozilla\firefox\firefox.exe" -height 1024 -width 1600

does not work

how do i fix this? using this method? as i would prefer to do this way

alternatively prefs.js / is there a way to do it there?

I'm trying to watch videos on Disney plus and Amazon prime. I can't get them to work. I tried various tutorials but many were irrelevant because they referred to google chrome which I don't even have. I tried checking and unchecking the enable DRM checkbox. Widevine never seems to update. I do not know how to install in manually.

I would like to be able to make sure if a pop-up window is blocked, that I'm being notified about it, but there are no options in settings.

I read through the instructions listed on the help pages and found a message from support from 4 years ago about manually editing the settings, which wasn't helpful.

Are they just on by default now? Or did they get turned off and if so, how do I turn them back on?

(p.s. having something teach you how to do something, this case getting trouble shooting data manually, should open another window, not navigate me away from the page I'm sending this message from)

I want to acess fundednext.com on my phone and laptop using firefox It says not secure I want to access it anyway.

I downloaded the new update this morning and I cannot separate my categories any longer on my home page. I keep them in categories on the 4 separate rows and then separate them by skipping a square. I cannot do that any longer and do not like the jumble of the homepage now. How can I keep the blank spaces that are located at the bottom of the rows to separate my categories?

Why aren't pull-down menus, behaving consistently, on Firefox on an M1-Max Mac on macOS Sonoma ?

The pulldown-menus don't persist, long-enough to click-upon a selection .

I have started posting bugs of Firefox in Bugzilla for almost 6 months now(though the number of bugs is 3). I have noticed that the bugs really had no response for nearly then(almost 6 months), so is it the way bugs are handled?, like they take long time to address( just asking as I though the process to be relatively fast) or is it something that I might be doing wrong in reporting a bug. I searched online and have been looking at assigning the bug( what I understood). So, how to do it if there exists something like assigning and will it increase the movement on my bugs??

I like using Firefox browser every day. After installing and running Avast antivirus protection (program version : 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.832)), Avast notification always show this message every time I start up Firefox : please check the uploaded images : FPA Scam.jpg.

I already checked the extenstion, the Settings, and the Advance Settings of Firefox browser. I'd like to know if there is any parameter related to engine.forexpeacearmy.com and it is enabled. Unfortunately, I can't found any related parameters.

So, I decide to contact Firefox support to find out what happen to my Firefox browser, why it always call the forexpeacearmy site at the start up, and finally I want to remove it. Because I'm affraid it could be some kind of trojans / malwares and put my laptop into risks.
