For years I have used Firefox to access my Bank of America online account. I am also using Quicken kinked to Bank of America. Today, when logged into bank of America, every action I take results in being sent back to the sign on screen. After clearing with Quicken Support as requested by BOA, I was directed to use a different browser which worked normally. I was told by BOA that the issue was with Firefox.

Will Firefox ever be updated to use end to end encryption so that users of Facebook Messenger can do audio and video chats as they did before META's change?

If not, Mozilla could lose a lot of Firefox users of Facebook Messenger. That includes me. I have been with FF since v0.93 :-P

Messenger audio and video chats work fine on several other browsers including Brave. There is even a Messenger App on the Microsoft store.

I would really like to see someone at Mozilla answer this.

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

Whenever I try to access Gemini at gemini.google.com, I keep getting a plain white screen with faded, almost hard to see elements that don't do anything even when typing in the input field. (see attachment 1)

I can access Gemini at Google AI Studio (https://aistudio.google.com/) but the UI is also broken on that site, with wide fonts that overlap each other, making text hard to read (see attachment 2).

Firefox version used: 115.28.0esr (64-bit) OS: Windows 7 64-bit

Just recently on Macys website I have started getting access denied messages. I can get onto the site itself but if I click on a product it gives me the access denied when trying to open in new window. Im able to open in edge. Ive cleared Firefox cookies/cache as well as macys restarted and still cant open products links. This is what I get:

Access Denied You don't have permission to access the requested URL on this server.

I installed Firefox yesterday, and everything was fine for a day. Today, when I play a YouTube video, the entire page freezes - I can't pause it, select text, or do anything. The page starts responding after about 10 seconds from last interaction.

Compared to Chrome, I can play 20 YouTube videos at once and everything works fine.

The problem only occurs on YouTube. Sites like CDA and Jellyfin work fine.

Yahoo Finance stock charts are not loading. Never encountered this problem before this week. A GeekSquad tech support person was not able to fix the problem and recommended I contact Firefox. Edge and Chrome load Yahoo Finance stock quote sites just fine; I'm only having trouble with Firefox. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks! Carol

I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?

They play for a couple of seconds, then the panel they are playing in goes black. They used to work a month or two ago. Videos play fine in YouTube. They also play fine in apps like VideoPlayer and VLC. They play fine in Chromium based browsers Opera, Brave and Vivaldi. My graphics card requires switching acceleration off. I can’t find a switch for that in Firefox.

Problem Videos start playing, then after a few seconds the video panel turns black. Audio may continue. Refreshing does not help.

   Display server: Wayland and X11 (both tested)
   Hardware acceleration: on and off (tested)
   Media Source Extensions: enabled (disabling MSE triggers an “unsupported device” error)

What works

   BBC News videos play correctly in Chromium-based browsers (Brave, Vivaldi)
   Videos play correctly in mpv/VLC
   Other video sites (e.g., YouTube) play correctly in Firefox

What I’ve tried in Firefox

   Disabling hardware acceleration
   Disabling VA-API
   Disabling WebRender
   Disabling RDD sandbox
   Running Firefox under X11
   Using the Firefox Flatpak build

None of these measures help. This suggests the issue is related to Firefox’s interaction with BBC’s player on Linux. Has anyone else seen this, or is there a known workaround?

I have an Investors.com account and a feature they offer is a stock sector data table that shows recent performance and other information. When I try to open these tables they close immediately, but if I use my tablet with a different browser they will remain open. I believe this is a simple setting that I need to adjust, but I don't know enough to figure it out.

Mit https://chatgpt.com/ kommt der anmelde Buton aber der ist ohne Funktion. Ich habe chatgpt schon zu den Ausnahmen im Kaspersky hinzugefügt ohne Erfolg. Im privaten Fenster im Firefox auch kein Erfolg. Einzig im Edge funktionert alles. Hoffentlich habe ich mein Problem gut beschrieben und Ihr könnt mir bitte helfen? Grüße Telly

I'm trying to log into Peacock tv and i'm getting a message that my browser is not supported. It was working for months and I'm suddently getting this error message.

When I click on a link in emails to open in browser if email has display problems, it opens a blank webpage and a small window that I clicked on OK reappears with Firefox as my default browser. See attached screenshot. If I select Edge to open the email, it works fine.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? My problem is the following. The website of my favorite football club regularly embeds videos within their pages. Clicking of the video within the club webpage shows the video without leaving the webpage. Recently opening the club site with mozilla stopped enabling me to see the embedded videos. An example of what I see on my screen now when using mozilla is in the first image uploaded below - instead of showing the embedded video, all I see is a small red rectangle with a "play" button in it. If I press the play button, the video starts, but shows within the extremely small rectangle and I cannot watch it.

This is not so when I use Edge or Chrome, as shown on the second image uploaded below, showing the exact same webpage (the address is https://levski.bg/video/%f0%9f%94%b5-%d0%bb%d0%b5%d0%b2%d1%81%d0%ba%d0%b8-31-%d0%b1%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%be%d0%b5-%d0%b3%d0%be%d0%bb%d0%be%d0%b2%d0%b5-%d0%b5%d0%bc%d0%be%d1%86%d0%b8%d0%b8-%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%bf%d0%be/ ). The embedded video is clearly seen in its full size within the page, and when I click the play button it starts showing the video normally within the webpage without leaving the site and sending me to youtube, for example.

My question is, what is wrong and what can I do to start seeing the embedded videos normally again?

Firefox for Linux can never get past Cloudflare's security captcha. Not just the latest version, but several versions in a row. The page reloads over and over again. Eventually, I launch a different Chromium-based browser and open the page there. Firefox for Android usually handles this issue.
