Hey,

I just made an account under the user name igoreulaers1 with email address igoreulaers@icloud.com. It looks like the user name igoreulaers is taken, and most likely because of me not being aware of that account. Is there a way to delete that one or transfer my iCloud address to it?

When I open the application it loads as a small window that I have to maximize to make it full screen. It never used to do this so I need some help to fix this. I've taken a quick look through settings etc and can't see anything wrong...

I'm encountering an issue with accessing my website, www.mobilepackages.in. When I try to access it using the HTTP protocol (http://), the website doesn't appear. However, when I use the HTTPS protocol (https://), the website shows up without any problems. What could be causing this discrepancy? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

I can open the main

Etrade page but when I then click on anything else all I get is the hour glass which does not go away.  This is ANY other page I try to go to in Etrade.

I go to Edge and have no problems but I have used FF for many years and would like to continue doing so.

This has been a problem for a while, currently on Firefox 126.0 and Nvidia 550.78. I can work around the problem by forcing webrender to use software mode.

When using HW accelerated webrender with my Nvidia graphics card everything works fine until the PC wakes from sleep, then graphics are broken and Firefox needs restarting. Most noticeable for me is when looking at Grafana graphs they will look like random lines, and my Frigate NVR snapshots only display some of the time.

Is there anywhere in Firefox that will show a log of any error messages to do with the graphics card? I would like to try and fix the problem rather than disabling HW acceleration, but with no logs to look at that is impossible. No other programs seem to have a problem with resuming from sleep, and no error messages are shown in any of the system logs.

My computer updated with no warning one night, and i lost all personalization and even everything stored in my firefox, the sign ins, passwords, bookmarks, all. is there a way for me to find all that was erased?

There seems to be something specific to the Phlearn site and Firefox which prevents videos from auto advancing. They either recommence the just completed video or revert to an earlier one.

I want to have an automated task that sorts the incoming mail to separate folders. I have done this easily in Outlook, but Firefox's Thunderbird is different and I haven't figured it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever I use the picture in picture feature, it always opens up in a bigger tab instead of the floating PiP. I am unable to adjust the sizing whatsoever. Is there a way to get around that?

My elderly client has enabled a “my tasks” sidebar in Gmail. He does not know how to turn it off. I have searched for an answer and have been unable to find one. Ctrl+B is not helpful and doesn’t bring up a screen where it says sidebar. Please help! He keeps asking about it and I am a caregiver, not a computer technician…

In the last couple of days I've been unable to login to my virginmedia accounts using firefox, all other browers work fine, I can enter details no trouble but as soon as I press the blue button on their page nothing happens, cleared cookies and data for virgin but didnt help.

I've noticed that when logging into various websites, a random email address not known to me appears in autofill among my usual email addresses. This unfamiliar address is under the @shanreto.com domain and shows up across different websites. My Firefox account is synced between my PC and mobile phone. Both devices are password-protected and under my control at all times, and I have only installed uBlock Origin as an extension.

Could there be any explanation other than the possibility of someone accessing one of my devices through malicious software or similar means?

In Chrome, I can hit CTRL+SHIFT+I to open developer tools, add the Media tab, and go to the Media tab, and I can see the codec and what decoder is being used.

How do I do the same thing in Firefox?

For some reason when I opened Firefox this morning, my Firefox home page did not have any of my shortcuts. They all disappeared. Please have a look at the image attached to see what I mean.

I spent almost the entire day searching up the issue on the Internet and trying different things but they all did not work.
