When I login to a site where there are many widgets (windows) on the screen - the windows are all missing scroll bars. If I login under a different browser they are there. This happened about a week or so ago. It has to be a setting change in Firefox. Please advise.

Firefox 157.0 is displaying some websites incorrectly. Newsmax pages turn white and McMaster-Carr is also displaying incorrectly such that I cannot make an order even if logged it. The same sites work correctly in Edge which I have an intense dislike for. I have already restarted Firefox and rebooted Windows. This started after the Firefox 157 update.

Whenever I open Firefox on my MacBook Air and attempt to search via Google, I receive the following message from Google with a Captcha request to verify that I am not a robot. "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending this request." This does not happen in Safari nor when i use Google on my iPad or iPhone - all of which use the same IP address. I have refreshed Firefox and it is on the latest version. This started about two weeks ago. There is no malicious software on my computer. I have cleared all cookies and browsing history. Help!

Lately, I cannot get to staples.com. I think it started after the last update, but I'm not sure. I never had a problem before, and Staples is a well-known national company for office products. I've restarted Firefox in troubleshoot mode, but the result is the same. Chrome and Edge have no problem accessing the site, so it's a puzzle why Firefox cannot. If anyone has any ideas about how to proceed, I'll appreciate it.

Never had this response before trying to access my email *** until 2 days ago. I do not have issue doing same with other browsers

Having problems with certain websites loading full menus. Examples: ChatGPT and USPS.com. Already cleared cookies for these sites under Manage Exceptions.

I’m still unable to access Newsmax articles in Firefox. I am getting this error:

“You don't have permission to access this resource on this server.”

The important detail is that Newsmax works normally in Microsoft Edge on the same computer and the same internet connection, so this does not appear to be an IP or general connectivity problem. The problem appears to be specific to Firefox.

I contacted support yesterday but did not receive a response. Could you please have your technical team look into the Akamai/Firefox access denial associated with the reference number above?

Hi Mozilla Support Team, I am facing an issue while using WordPress on Mozilla Firefox. The custom fields and options inside the WordPress editor (Gutenberg / Classic Editor) are not loading or responding properly. Issue Details: Custom fields and meta boxes fail to render or freeze when interacted with. Data entered into these fields sometimes does not save upon updating the post. The same WordPress dashboard and fields work completely fine on other browsers like Google Chrome. Firefox was recently updated automatically. Since then, I cannot access my Yahoo mail. I can access my emails using Bluemail. When I try to access my emails with Yahoo on Firefox, I receive the following error message.

Albertsons grocery store states they support firefox. However I can't use firefox I have all sorts of issues so I have to close firefox and use chrome. What do I need to do to get firefox to work at their grocery store website?

Hello, I’ve run into a problem: after installing update 156.01, whenever I go to a link to join a Google Meet conference, the page starts reloading endlessly (including when I click the "Join" button). I’ve already tried disabling protection and hardware acceleration, clearing the cache and cookies, and even accessing it in Safe Mode, but the situation hasn't changed

I used to be able to sign in and out of substack until this last update for pc. For some reason it will not let me do anything on this site. Wondered what setting I have checked or un-checked that might be the problem. Thank you.

When I do the New York Times Crossword on line it all works until I start to solve the clues at the bottom of the puzzle. When I get towards the bottom after one key stroke the screen jumps back up to the top of the puzzle. I have tried it in Chrome, and it works as normal. this is Firefox only.

When I try to browse on Firefox, it says "search using Google. The Google terms & conditions box blocks the screen, and will not scroll up so I can "click" on the "Agree" tab which is hidden

When using Firefox for my browser, and using Yahoo for my emails, I cannot attach more than three small, email sized j'peg's, at a time, or I get a "Cannot be saved, as a draft" splash screen, and the email locks up. If I attach, only three attachments, let them load, then attach additional sets, of three j'peg's, it will upload them, and, allow me to send the email. My local PC repair shop has been on my PC, and witnessed this problem. They used another browser, and used my Yahoo email a/c, without an issue - all eight photos uploaded correctly. Their decision is, that it is a Firefox problem. PS: Before the last several "new, and improved, Firefox updates, all this worked, as it has, in the past.

The new Firefox (157.0) is not allowing Amazon Music to play in the web version. Worked fine before. I turned off Ad blocker and it still is not working. Amazon Music has to allow a window at the bottom of the page to show song playing and whatnot. Please help!
