A WHILE BACK I OPENED FIREFOX TO SEE THAT ALL MY PASSWORDS WERE DELETED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM BACK WITH NO LUCK . DO YOU POSSIBLY HAVE MY PASSWORDS KEPT SOMEWHERE ?? OR AM I JUST OUT OF LUCK ??

After both a MS and Firefox update, I have lost all my Firefox bookmarks

I have viewed several videos online that showed how to restore them, they seemed straightforward enough, but I always hit a dead end.

Firefox>menu>Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks>LIbrary>Import And BackUp>Restore>ChooseFile

Once I get to Restore, there are no dates available to me to pick from.All I get is Choose File, but when I click on that, nothing happens. Dead end.

Using Firefox ESR 115.30 in Windows 7 Ultimate, I routinely open multiple tabs, then, at the end of the day or session I'll bookmark them all into a new folder and close them all.

Later, I might return to that folder and choose to open say, 5 of the group. Is there a way to select all 5 (without opening any) and once I've finished selecting them, have all 5 open at once? Rather than just one at a time? So far it seems that I have to open them one by one.

I have a Mac with Sequoia update but my Mac is not good with memory so when I have a new install version it will probably crash my Mac. How might I stop automatic installation by Firefox?

I was having problems with the firefox browser. This has never happened. I always use firefox and the company said that firefox was compatible to there sight but I could not access.

I have lost all my Firefox bookmarks. All gone. I have searched online for solutions, and have seen what appears to be a standard procedure for doing so. Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks> LIbrary>Import and Backup>Restore

This is where it breaks down for me......I see no date available to use. All I see is "Choose File" and when I click that, nothing happens. That is the dead end I am at now.

My computer unexpectedly had to do a factory reset. I had to add Firefox back on to my computer. It was my main default browser. I couldn't remember my password because I had Firefox for so many years. Your system forced me to change my password and now I cannot gain access to my bookmarks/passwords when I sign on. If you tell me that those were lost in the transition, I will be so upset. This was the only reason I was using you and do not understand why syncing is not working or recovering the information. I hope that this can be recovered, if not I have no use for your browser and will switch to a more updated browser in Chrome. I have never had such problems and cannot even remember all the bookmarks I have lost. I will never forget this experience. My hope is it will be because someone there was able to save the day and not because I realized that your company is outdated and clunky like Microsoft. Hoping you can help and completely upset. I am also very confused why my information would not have backed up automatically.

My Bookmarks Sidebar is now displaying with white lettering on a very light gray background, making it almost impossible to read. How can I change either the font color in the sidebar, or the background color?

When I try to log into Xfinity to pay my bill I get this. Is it related to Firefox? Thought I'd ask you before I tried to work my way to a human at Xfinity

I'm setting up a new computer and trying to sync my old bookmarks. I have discovered I used a Google email address as my primary email, not my yahoo email. I can't seem to fix this.

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 and installed Firefox onto drive C: of the 1 TB SSD. I then decided to partition the SSD into three drives and put Firefox on the E: drive. After I partitioned the SSD and uninstalled Firefox, I downloaded the Firefox installer from Mozilla, and ran it, but it somehow perceives that I had had Firefox previously installed and only gives me the option of re-installing Firefox at the original (C:) drive location. There is no longer an option in the installer to change the installation location. How can I get around this and re-install Firefox on my E: drive instead of my C: drive?

Attempting to follow any number of Ubuntu 24 HOWTOs to connect the Firefox I installed from the ZorinOS App Store to the smart card reader and they are all failing miserably so far.

I am trying to use...

I've tried a few other pkcs11.so's on other paths and FireFox just immediately crashes. This one it at least says it can't add it. The module is owned by root and has 644 permissions so I think it should be readable. Brave Browser is working well with cert auth via CAC and I already have the machine fully set up with logging in via CAC, locking screen automatically when CAC is removed, etc etc so I know that at a base level the CAC is working well. Just can't seem to find the proper link glue.

This is NOT the snap version of Firefox either, I am pretty sure. sudo snap firefox commands say firefox isn't installed.

Dear Firefox, My mouse is not doing the usual function. The right click is giving me different options like translate the word I highlighted or search the meaning. I just need the right click to copy. How did it even changed without my knowledge. Thank you, Alice
