Many websites that I use regularly, such as Zillow, no longer work correctly in Firefox ESR (115.33.0). The top menu in Zillow disappeared this week. Others work, but all the text is greyed-out. All except the text thing seem related to Javascript features. For instance, check boxes on a Wordpress site that I manage quit working last month. Some, like www.RCgroups.com just sit and spin, and never fully open up.

But they all work fine on an old copy of Chrome (109.0.5414.120), that is no longer supported on Windows 7 and hasn't been updated in probably 3 years.

My only plugin is NoScript, but the problem is the same whether it's turned off or not. And I also use NoScript on Chrome.

I use Win7 for the same reason I use Firefox -- it is safer, far more stable, faster, and it doesn't force updates on me that invariably break things. I appreciate that Mozilla has extended support for the last stable version of Windows. But somebody should look into this growing compatibility issue.

i noticed every websites that i visited or some links just suggested are appeared in my firefox homepage i selected only shortcuts in setting which i expect to see only shortcuts that i added manually but its just more shortcuts pop up each time i open the new window on my home page this is really annoying and , its not necessary at all , i dismissed them manually but they just pop up again please can you report this issue to be fixed on next release ?

Watching a CNN video on YouTube Firefox suddenly freezes and does not accept any further actions. Even shutting down it will block the process and I need to use the "Shut down anyway" function. Similarly, Thunderbird will lock up in the middle of writing a response, but here it is just the window and I lose what I typed, but I can go back and push "reply" again and retype the answer. Whether these are down to similar issues I don't know. Obviously, this sounds like a graphics driver, so I made sure all updates are installed and there is no further update available for both, Firefox and Thunderbird as well as the system drivers. When I start MF, all tabs I have used before open. Good! But one of these tabs are not in use. That it why I want to close it for ever.

The option to delete it for ever is not available.

I'm trying to stream a show in the firefox browser and I am getting error saying the HLS is not up to date. I've checked my firefox is at the latest update, is this something you need to update on your end?

My password manager up until very recently let me sign into Rogers, the largest internet & webmail provider in Canada. Now the page does not fully come up, allowing one to sign in. Refreshing, rebooting & clearing cache helps not at all. It does work fine in edge however. It's an issue on your end.

Facing these issues on video/educational platforms other than YouTube. I am not facing either of these issues on other browsers like Microsoft Edge, on the same network. Please let me peacefully watch my educational videos, else I'll have to switch to other browsers and encourage others to do the same. I have a lot of respect for your open-source community-based browser, but such errors are causing intolerable pain. PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP.

After the last update, I lost the toolbar bookmarks and passwords. After some time I was able to figure out how to sync them from my mobile. When I closed FF on my desktop, I lost the sync. Now I get an error when I try to sync. Your last update (using flawed AI, I presume) sucks and has rendered the browser I have used for years. I used your "help" page to recover once, but as soon as I closed the browser, it reverted to no bookmarks, no passwords. I don't want to use MS browsers because FF has served very well for years. Sorry but WTF are you thinking?

In the last few weeks, i cannot read my iCloud emails. It says things like"message cannot be downloaded now" or "cannot move to trash now", so the only way I can consistently read my emails, is to switch to my Google browser, which has absolutely no problem with the iCloud emails Why would this be happening?

I've followed all recommendations to fix that, but nothing works. Should I remove the browser, boot up, and download it again? Remove all my personal settings, etc? Also, I download my emails, I erase the unwanted emails, and suddenly, many copies of my previously erased emails show up after I get a new email. This happens with Gmail and Yahoo Mail. While testing the new profiles option with Firefox after loading containers while having Surf-shark VPN on my computer stop accessing websites. The conflict was resolved by reloading surf shark and then while attempting to remove new profiles not being used I deleted the original homepage/profile. Over 10yrs of bookmarks, passwords, and numerous pieces of data have been lost. I need that original Firefox homepage user account for my computer restored.

I use a Lenovo desktop computer that I have used along with the Firefox browser for about 3 years and never had any problems until now. For the past two days it takes up to a couple of minutes to for the Firefox browser to open a page. While the page is loading, I get at the bottom right corner of the screen "performing a TLS handshake." I vaguely understand this terminology but am not an expert on the subject. This "handshake" repeatedly occurs with all sites that I open daily with the Firefox browser. The pages usually open within a couple of seconds. Now it takes minutes and sometimes doesn't open at all. I have difficulty opening even the Firefox home page and when it finally opens, it is incomplete? Do you have any suggestions that might help me?

I must add that the internet connection from my provider, Eastlink, located in Nova Scotia, Canada, is by Ookla tests very slow, ranging from 40 to 55bps instead of the regular150bps or higher. I don't know if the problem is with my desktop or with the provider and the provider has not responded to my telephone request with any information that explain where is the source of the slow internet speed problem.

Hello Support, Every time I open Firefox browser I see this Google Pop-up to sign in. I want this annoying tracker pop up screen to disappear altogether. I see it on the upper right screen it's very annoying and I don't or use or trust Google at all. I've searched through all settings my search engine is DDgo I see no way of eliminating google pop-up. Why I'm I receiving this and how do I get rid of of it ASAP?

I've asked this before. I'd still like to know why I don't remain logged in, but today, this also happened.

How can you have an expired session, when there was no session?
