Hey guys, My friend got on my pc and shut it off without me looking and somehow when i opened it back up all my tabs(couple hundred) distributed between 3 windows were lost. I've tried all the usual recovery options by doing previous or session restore, its not popping up in recently closed windows as well, where i usually recover my sessions from if it does go wrong. Is there any other way where this data may be stored, to recover a session from 31st Dec 2025.

Would greatly appreciate any help :D

Hello, Flightradar24 is not zooming or scrolling smoothly. In earlier FF versions this was not happening. Other browsers like Edge or Brave work fine. Perhaps you can take a look at it and fix it. Thank you.

Hello. i noticed that my shortcuts are missing. i went to settings to check if it's enabled (check mark) and it is in fact enabled. tried to reset my computer and the shortcuts are still not there. on the main firefox page there is actually no shortcut icons on there...at all. all of the options in settings work with the exception (of course) the shortcuts. i would like to know why this is happening...thx

When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even at 480p. Audio keeps playing normally. This does not happen in Chrome on the same computer. The issue started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11 on a laptop. Restarting Firefox did not fix it.

I have a password manager. It used to be when I would log into a website that the Password Manager would provide the information. Which was fine with me. Now it has stopped doing that and I do not know why.

In order to access a software product I had paid for (specifically Komplete Standard 15 from Native Instruments) I was instructed by Native Instruments to open an account with Plugin Alliance. Whilst doing this I was invited to create a mask email. I thought this must be a message from Plugin Alliance. Having attempted to create this mask email, I can't get any further with my Plugin Alliance account. I would like to dispense with the mask email because it is more trouble than it's worth. How do I do this?

Suggestions for re-posting are welcome.] On Firefox for Mac, Apple now has a pop up bubble to display the requested six digit 2FA number, first in the upper right corner, then, annoyingly, repeating often in multiple additional useless places on the screen, whether or not the code has already been used. The Apple community says there is no way to block this misbehavior through Apple, except disabling all 2FA, which is a bad idea. Is it possible to block the multiple appearances of 2fa code advisory bubble all over the place through Firefox controls? This problem reportedly does not appear on the native Mac Safari, nor reportedly on Chrome. I got to admit, I don't sign into Firefox, and not being forced to do so is a Firefox attraction for me. ]

Hello, I have tried everything...filters, added contact, blocked senders but I'm still not receiving any email from Firefox. I need my verification numbers to continue to sign into my account. thanks in advance for helping, Scott

I've been using what I gather is an "older" profiles system via about:profiles.

Now if I:

1. go to about:profiles and open my second profile in another window, 2. close second window and about:profiles page, 3. open about:profiles again in first window,

I get "Another copy of Firefox has made changes to profiles. You must restart Firefox before making more changes."

This happens every single time, even though I've made zero changes to profiles, and is extremely annoying.

Can/should I migrate my profiles to the new profile manager? How to do this?

Hi I always use Firefox on my Apple I-Mac and it has always been excellent but in the last couple of weeks a window pops up to say that Dashlane is slowing down Firefox when I am trying to type in E-Bay. Not yet seen it in any other situation but it it virtually preventing me listing items for sale on E-Bay. Always have Dashlane open on Firefox whenever I am using Firefox/the internet. Today I reinstalled Firefox but it is still doing it. Help please! Kind regards Jeff Worth
