Why can't I sync computer bookmarks to iPhone? I can't get my iPhone to show up on list of connected devices. I've tried everything in Help. I have a Mozilla Account. Running 135.0.1

From the Firefox Start Page on my iPhone (running 18.3.1) . . . the menu in the bottom right hand corner does not give me the option to "Sync and Save Data". This is a roadblock for me! I'm not a computer genius but I'm not completely ignorant. I can see no way to download passwords or bookmarks on my android phone, so I can email them to myself, open on my PC and add them to PC Firefox. I have signed in to the same account on both devices, and turned sync on on both devices. I receive no passwords or bookmarks on the PC. I had to re-install Windows 11, and now I cant get my passwords or bookmarks onto my PC.
