The news reader (powered by Technavia) for the Tucson Daily Star starts OK but continually slows down and eventually Firefox hangs and is non responsive. It happens in different places. The same news reader works OK in Edge or Chrome. Any idea how to trouble shoot this?

I deleted the old user names and passwords associated with my bank account. Now I can no longer login to my bank acct using Firefox. Only with another browser.

I tried to uninstall then reinstall Firefox but the problem continues. What to do now to login to my bank account?

Hello Support, 5-1-2024 First Time in a decade I've had to contact support. Please TELL me why there are 13 instances of firefox running at the same time. It is take so much memory up and really slowing my machine down on the internet also. Tell me how to fix otherwise I will have to switch to a different web browser. I realy love firefox and have been using since It was released. I really Don't want to switch Browers but this is to much any more. It has become much worse than a Year ago. I do Not have any addons or extension installed now, I don't use them enough to install. Thank you for your help in this BIG HOG memory problem.

I use RECAPTCHA to validate my access to a number of websites. Still works fine if I use Google Chrome. Firefox has shut off access to this App. Why? I have tried using the Proxy option, I have tried not using the Proxy Option. Nothing seems to work. Are you planning on addressing this issue or must I go to another browser to do what Firefox USED TO ALLOW ME TO DO?

Was this breakage planned or did you screw up and do inadequate testing?

Just in the last few weeks, "buttons" on web sites do not work in Firefox, but work fine in Chrome. Example: https://www.mealtrain.com/users/sign_in/ The sign-in button does nothing in Firefox, yet works fine in Chrome. V. 125.0.3, Windows 10.

the built in eyedropper tool is the simplest and easiest solution to grabbing screen colors without granting file permission to 3rd party solutions for full funcionality. I have power-toys but I hate to see this tool needlessly depreciated. My workflow needs to sample many colors at a time making the menu navigation needless. PLEASE let there be a way to add it to the toolbar, I hope there is. Thanks for your time

Hello, since the latest version of Firefox, as always, it breaks now if I want to enter instantgaming or it does not enter no matter how much I click on enter or in kinguin.net, when it asks me for the recapcha, it stays in an infinite loop and does not show the images. .

I have done safe mode and installed firefox from 0 and nothing, it is tedious that at this point a browser that has been having this type of problems for years because in opera, edge they do not give me these errors, it is tiring to always have to have a browser that fails due to anything.

Thru Firefox, I use Tineye to find related photos - I use it all the time, it's been great - I always use a VPN and have never had problems until now (as of yesterday). Now it won't search, a verify you're human window comes up, and I have to keep clicking squares, which I do - but then it says to allow cookies and start over. Well I don't want to allow cookies (I assume it's one of the options I have thru Firefox to block cookies), and I can't find where to allow cookies even if I did (I went to Firefox preferences etc) and I don't want to disable my VPN. Maybe I should mention that I just added or started a Mozilla account, as I have had immense trouble with my aol emails, and am trying to move everything over to a gmail account. My sign in to Firefox was the aol email, and I had to (try, I thought I did it) add another account, which I think I did successfully. So it was right after that, that all this started. Help please! I am trying to connect to a website but I keep getting error code 522. I've tried using Chrome and it connects to the website with no problem. I've checked my privacy settings and I do not have that website blocked. What else can I check?

What is a broweser profile, what is a sync account and how do I stay out of it? I guess well I know i'm not too smart about this kinda stuff, so I apologize but I think I need detailed step by step what to do to fix this. I know thats a lot of typing, sorry.

I keep hitting sites where menus and selection boxes turn into unreadable Wing Dings? On W11 and cleared and rest the font cache in Windows and still repeatedly seeing the issue?

Lately, when I'm on a website and click into an article to read, suddenly the McAfee anti-virus ad or whatever you call intrudes and takes over the browser page I'm on and won't allow me to navigate way or stop it unless I close the browser tab and/or navigate away from the page all together.

Why is this happening? Is it something in the my particular browser? If yes, how can I remove and prevent this from happening?

Is it something that is occurring on the server of the site I'm visiting? Should I notify them what is happening?

Any help and advice greatly appreciated. It is very annoying. I don't have McAfee installed and it's not a pop-up, it happens within the browser page itself.

When I view my bank statement in Firefox, everything appears fine, but when I print the statement, all occurrences of boldfce "S" on the printout are blank. This problem does not occur with Google. Running macOS Catalina, all maintenance applied, Firefox is at 125.0.3.

How to PROPERLY erase history? I mean, you erase HISTORY...click...there you go...?!?!?...but, what's happening? I erased HISTORY...ah, I erased it FROM the panel but, it WILL remained on the list that it shows on top of the icon (sic) ...someone suggested to go on the panel, select privacy, scroll to history, pass over "Never remember history...." (?) AND then you "click"... Clear...what is the point? clear means clear means clear from EVERYWHERE...sorry about the mess I wrote but I was frustrated
