Since the latest Firefox upgrade I get about 30 pop up ads from you scaring me about security. I have run a diagnostic and am confident I do not have any issues. I will soon leave you all together despite the hassle of chaging

How do I turn off all warning and redirects for unsecured web sites. I am an embedded developer and 90% of what I do is work on designs that can be configured via a localhost web page. I'm tired of the warnings and the constant attempt to turn http into https.

In the Settings, the "HTTPS-Only" feature seems broken. There is an option to 'Don't enable" this feature, but that doesn't make any difference. I can get to an "http:" site using any other browser, but not with the latest Firefox.

Pop ups appear when I start firefox saying "Trojan virus detected!" and "system alert!" including "remove virus now" button that if pressed takes me to a site which invites me to download what I assume is malware.

I'm suddenly getting repeated/multiple Mozilla Firefox "Browser Alerts", "System Warnings," and "McAfee Critical Virus Alerts" that are wrong and dysfunctional. They pop up every few seconds. They contain "Remove virus now" and "quick scan" buttons, but these only take me to a bright red screen that says:

"Deceptive site ahead Firefox blocked this page because it may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing personal information like passwords or credit cards."

These come even though I haven't tried to access any "deceptive sites." I have to x all of them out to clear my screen.

There's obviously a defect in your warning system. How do I stop this?

What is FIREFOX doing to defend us from session cookie stealing malware (STORM)?

Several days ago a trio of "warnings" all labeled Mozilla Firefox popped up on my monitor. They included "Critical Error! Remove viruses now", "Warning! Virus Detected Clean Your Device" (with the choice of Renew Now {? renew what?} or Update Windows), "Warning! Your system is damaged by virus attack via d9BvqdcBn2sc73dc4btg.korvapod.co.in Remove the virus now", "Trojan Detected! (choose Remove virus now or Quick Scan), and variations on all of the above. I ran a malware scan from another provider and their advice was that this was an attempted hack so under no circumstances should I click on anything. They definitely said it wasn't from Mozilla Firefox. BUT they also couldn't find any traces anywhere in my computer. So for the past 5 days, I've been functioning with a partial screen, maybe 3/5 of full screen, because those darned "warnings" cannot be physically moved off the screen. How can I get rid of this mess? Thanks.

How can I suppress a recurring pop-up in Firefox that claims my computer is infected with a virus and it instructs me to download McAfee Antivirus to clear it out. I've done multiple scans with my Norton Antivirus which showed I had no viruses. The fake pop-ups appear to be coming from Firefox.

Is there any documented way our I.T department can disable the ability to connect to or even see the Firefox VPN that is being rolled out via group policy or another settings method? Firefox is a great asset for our agency but we cannot have users having the ability to bypass our web filtering. If there's not an option currently, could we have the IP's or the servers that it runs off of so we can manually block it in our firewall?

I want to block pop-up windows and third-party redirects.

When i open settings and then Privacy and Security i do not see an option for this

When i search for this i get this reponse: Sorry! There are no results in Settings for “pop-up third-party redirects”.

My question is a. Does firefox have such a setting? b. If so where have you hidden it?

Pls do assist on proper safe setting on using your fiirefox browser? Do shares any best extensions to be install to ensures proper safety precaution and how to know about 'ads' ? Firefox has this pop-up warning that tells me that my http connection on my home network isn't secure. I need a way to disable this. The reason being that Firefox' pop-up blocks me from accessing my password mangers pop-up which is hidden beneath the Firefox one. Please help and thank you.

I keep getting messages on my phone that says the messages are from different websites or apps but they all have the same site listed above and when I click on it, it takes me to a banking site.
