PLEASE use my default location. I just set it. It is correct: CORALVILLE, IA

PLEASE DO NOT USE CELL TOWER LOCATIONS OR ANY TOWER LOCATIONS FOR ME. THEY ARE WRONG!!!

I am NOT located where the cell towers are. They place me all over Eastern Iowa. That's WRONG! I am NOT in Cedar Rapids. NOT in Marion, IA. NOT in Davenport, IA. NOT in Tipton or Decorah. NOT in Illinois!

THE ONLY PLACE I AM (with my computer) IS WHAT I SET IN MY DEFAULT LOCATION: CORALVILLE, IA 52241 I'm not even in Iowa City, although it is near.

It would be great if one could choose which sources are used for one's location. Is that possible? I don't want information sent to me about locations where I am NOT living and never have lived there. I hope you can understand what an annoyance it is, year after year, always to be located in the wrong place. I wouldn't care if some websites knew my location if it was the correct location.

I have Firefox in all my units and it has worked very well over the years. Until I activated Avast SecureLine VPN on my computer HP Microsoft 11.

When the computer is connected to wifi/internet and VPN is activated, the Firefoxprogram won´t start correct. It says I am offline. If I then turn VPN of and update the page it will work immediately. As soon the page start the update I can turn VPN on and it will work on every link and page.

What can I do to get rid of this problem?

All of a sudden the allow location permission window is popping up repeatably. I have the option turned off and every time I go to Amazon or Home Depot or any such place the window ops up requesting that location location tracing for the sites. I tried toggling the on/off for the option but it didn't stop it. Help!

Long time user of Firefox and this issue of the Recaptcha Failed while never even opening the Recaptcha for selecting all the bikes, buses or whatever else it asks you to find in order to validate. This is a new install of the latest version of Firefox, I have no problem with Recaptcha using Chrome but prefer Firefox's privacy. I pay bills, work jobs from the internet which requires recaptcha to work in the browser I am using. I have not seen a answer anywhere to fix this problem which only happens in Firefox. Hi,

I had some hardware problems on my old PC and for some reason most likely to do with accounts when I restarted on Win 11 on new PC I had lost the majority of passwords saved to the Browser Password manager.

I have lost my old email address and am having some issues working out whether for some reason on the old system I was using my old email address to log in.

Is there any workaround to trying to determine whether I have a seperate account possibly linked to old mobile or email account that may link to the Password manager that contains my old PC systems password link.

I am setting up a more secure way to save passwords also? Is it better to use a portable hard drive rather than something cloud based for passwords?

I am a senior and at times do make some elementary mistakes with digital literacy so sympathetic answers would be greatly appreciated.

I'm very frustrated with FF. It's running slow. Downloads are slow etc. I've tried everything that FF has recommended up to and including "refresh" with no effect. It's getting to the point I'm considering not using FF. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I had NordPass working on my MacBook Pro, so that the little NordPass icon appeared when I had to sign in to a site with my username and password. If it wasn't in NordPass yet, NordPass would "watch" while I signed in somewhere, and then ask if I wanted to save that info, and I could say yes or no. But now I've installed NordPass again, and I'm not seeing the little green NordPass prompts. Where did they go? What did I do that caused them to disappear? I'm going to give up for the evening, but if you have any ideas about this, please share them. I will check back in tomorrow and attack the problem again, and will see your ideas then. My cellphone quite working. Said I have installed the wrong pass code, while this was going on- went to sign into Facebook which I saved the password so I would not have to repeat all the time- now I am locked out of Facebook- them saying something like " I was scrolling to fast and pasting to fast"- not sure what they mean by that- but can you clear up these issue or offer some advise. Apple had my husband re-install software on Apple I phone 14 Pro- and it keeps stopping after a short distance of installation- and I need the phone for my cochlear implant- for the program on the i phone- thank you if you can help.

Every time I start Firefox after closing it, I get a screen saying "Your Firefox has been updated" plus an announcement about editing PDFs in Firefox. My degault home screen does not appear unless I click the "home" icon. This is frustrating, because the update message just won't go away.
