Regarding the extensions drop down menu, how does one re-arrange (and possibly hide) these extensions that are not pinned to the toolbar? I know how that to rearrange the extensions pinned to the toolbar: one has to go to "Customized Toolbar" and drag and drop. But I can't find information on how to re-arrange these other extensions. Thks

After the 111 update udemy just won't work (The course videos wont load ,the home page and the search all work) I downgraded to the old version (110) and it works ,but then i updated to 111 and the same issue came, And when i switch to another tab it goes loading .

After a mistaken forced restart (inadvertent pressure on the shutdown/start key), one of the 3 windows I had open is invisible. It shows in the 'Windows" menu as one of 3 but when I select it - nothing. It does not show as a recently closed window in History. I have restarted Firefox multiple times, including deleting the xulstore.json file then restarting (a fix from another similar thread).

How can I restore this inaccessible window?

HI all, I've just only recently noticed that EBay doesn't load in Firefox. This only started a few days ago - and I have never had a problem before in decades of using Firefox and EBay. I have changed no settings in Firefox at all for a long time.

I've created a Firefox web extension called Context Search. One of the options that it offers is to open Google Search results in the sidebar. However, the search results are truncated and don't fit in the sidebars limited width. I've tried using a mobile user agent, but that doesn't appear to solve the problem. I have no idea how to fix this problem and need some help.

This past week loading of pages has been glitchy - anyone else experiencing this? Never had the problem before. Not experiencing the problem on Vivaldi (which I use as a backup).

I use Firefox on my Mac. Since updating to the OS Ventura, I now see many words on different sites, as well as numbers, show up as things like zzjk{d instead of saying brett. This happens on my ebay site, my american express site which I cannot see any numbers of transactions cost since all the numbers show up as (d9 f for example. Something is not working correctly. I checked and and up to date with all firefox updates. Safari works perfect on all sites so this is a Firefox issue. See attached for how some areas on eBay look. Not all words are like this, some are still english spelling correctly. But some pages like this support page are completely unrecognizable but works correctly on Safari.

Hi, I received a charge on my statement this morning from "MOZILLACORP" but I'm not sure for what... Could you look into and get to the bottom of this please. Of course I could just be being a tad antsy but I honestly don't remember buying anything from you guys this morning. Maybe your vendors charge through you? The new pdf editing feature doesn't work. When opening a pdf with Firefox I can only copy any text that's there but I cannot edit or add to the document, mostly view it.

When I opened my Browser this morning (15 March 2023), I saw a message that I could edit PDF documents directly with Mozilla. There was a suggestion (button, I think) to try it. I did. There was a sample letter. On the letter in light gray were comments like "Use the [I-bar} to write here" and "Use the [paint brush] to...." I have no idea where these icons are. Their pictures on the screen where the suggestions are given are not interactive.

Whenever I try to access the "about:third-party" page in Firefox - it returns with 'Hmm. That address doesn’t look right.Please check that the URL is correct and try again.'

So what should I do?

Mozilla offered an update, version 111.0 yesterday (March 15, 2023) and I installed it. Now I cannot use a TV app that I pay for. I live in Canada and Bell Canada offers a TV app that I pay for: Bell Fibe Alt TV.

Since the install yesterday, the app keeps freezing on me and I can no longer watch anything. Did your install effect my app? I am using Windows 10 on a Lenovo i3 10th Gen laptop.

I have done a hardboot on the computer several times, with no success.

After the update to 111.0 Firefox crashes. I can open it up, go to a site etc. but eventually it crashes. I deleted it and reinstalled, same problem. This has never occured prior to 111.0.

After the latest update, it takes two tries to open Firefox. The first time I get a blank page, which I close (and it's supposedly reported to Microsoft.) The second time I open it, I get a message about starting a new session, which I click, and then it opens properly. This has happened every time since the latest update.
