Yesterday on Fox News chat the space between words suddenly started disappearing. The space bar will move the cursor only once, then the next letter typed will not space. It only does it in Firefox, not in any other browser. The problem has not presented itself in any other app or in windows. Any solutions?

My keyboard and computer are fine. Every website I visit in Firefox works great...except news chat rooms. If I make a comment on a news site (e.g., foxnews.com) I can type the first word with no problem. I hit the space bar and it spaces correctly. However, when I type the first letter of the second word, the letter appears BUT IT BACKSPACES AND ELIMINATES THE SPACE. If I want to type "That is not..." I get "Thatisnot..." (When I enter the i and n, it backspaced.) As you can see from this post, it's not my keyboard. I can post my thoughts in Word and paste the entry onto the news site just fine.

It's related to Firefox, because if I switch over to that god-awful Edge, it doesn't happen. Any ideas?

There was an issue with accessing the network for media playback. The sub-error code will contain what specific resource was unable to be accessed over the network. | NETWORK_ERROR encountered, code: 1400

This is only happening on desktop Firefox. Mobile device works fine.

I never saw a prompt or anything but when I tried to open Firefox this morning it updated to 104.0.2 64 bit and did a complete reset. Lost plugins, extensions, and all settings. (I do have my bookmarks, and I never use Firefox for passwords.)

I have a backup program, so I might be able to restore if I knew what files.

Help would be appreciated.

In the previous versions of Firefox, when selecting a language of input, all the other languages were unselected. This was a much better option than today's, where they remain selected, allowing to check in several languages simultaneously. The problem with that is that when a word exists in both languages with a small difference (accent, two letters reversed or something like that), if there is a spelling mistake, it may not appear. In the example below, "defense" should be with an accent: "défense".

Reviewed this question from a year ago. I am having problem signing into Chase.com. The issues are the same as many others have written about. I can't believe this can not be fixed/addressed. If it continues I will be forced to delete Moz://a firefox after many years. Please address and supply personal support options like share screen to help fix issues such as this.

In the last few versions of Firefox the "Always ask you where to save files" does not work properly. Sometimes it asks, sometimes it automatically downloads. The majority of items I download are in PDF. Some I am asked & put on desktop to move later while some are automatically sent to Downloads folder. In Help, it says to go to Settings > General > Applications to get this to happen but under PDF I have it set to "Always ask". And Firefox is not doing this. Will this be fixed in future versions? There seem to be a lot of people that have this problem, which is basically creating work. I understand it only takes seconds to get them but over the course of time it's not efficient. I've been using Firefox for years & do not always agree with some of the changes but this one is really frustrating because it is not consistent. I only want to be able to have the where to/save as box show up when I attempt to download a PDF. Any other or real suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, JF

The "ask where to save downloads" option does not work. It always downloads to the default folder. When you check the AWTSD box, it DOES NOT grey-out the "save to" folder destination. So I'm not sure where the error is. Is it because the "save to" folder is not greyed-out that it saves to that folder, or is it because the check box for "ask where to save downloads" doesn't actually enable the "save to" pop-up window? I have devloped a website using Divi. I put a video on a webpage and when the video plays I can only hear the audio and no images. I have removed the extensions and reset firefox. The only way I could get it to work was to run the browser in trouble shoot mode.

• interacting with a page before it fully loads
• dynamic pages adding content on scroll

It started a few days ago. Tabs of latest version firefox started to crash, later firefox started to suddenly close itself spontaneously, and more later I had blue screens. So I decided to format.

Now I have clean install windows 7 ultimate SP1 on a new formatted samsung SSD EVO 870 (1TB) on the C: partition

I downloaded mozilla firefox (104.0.2 x64). But still sometimes it crashes individual tabs that prompts me to "reload this tab" or something like that.

And sometimes the main window spontaneously and suddenly dissappear with all its tabs, without any warning. It can be a few seconds later after I launch firefox, or a few minutes later, or with some typing or mouse action. I also try to take no action and only wait, but it closed again. I tried troubleshoot mode and wait, but it closed again.

I have no addons. I uninstalled firefox and reinstall. nothing changed. All my installations are new and clean. Whats wrong? I need your help.

I downloaded Firefox; I had problems with my computer and erroneously thought it might be the browser, so I deleted Firefox. Now i re-downloaded Firefox. How can I get my bookmarks menu back to the latest download? Thanks you for any help!!

I'm running Debian Stretch and the packaged version of Firefox (91) runs fine but seems a bit dated. I installed ver. 104 manually and everything is fine except that there is no audio. I changed the setup Privacy and Security Autoplay to 'Allow Audio and Video' -- no audio. I've restarted in troubleshoot mode -- no audio. Other browsers, including ver. 91 of Firefox have no trouble with audio. Any ideas? On quitting I get these messages:
