I'm using 138.0.4 in MacOS 15.5. When I updated to MacOS 15.5 Firefox only saved one of three windows. The MacOS toolbar at the bottom no longer gives me the option of opening another window, or selecting another window already open. I like the old behavior better.

I was trying to look at an item on the Costco web page. As you can see from the image "Pop-up being blocked" the size selection is missing. I guessed and allowed pop-ups from Costco.com. As you can see from the image "Pop-up setting allow pop-up" the missing data is visible.

I thought Firefox would prompt if pop-ups were being blocked giving you the option to enable them. Am I wrong? How is a user supposed to know that there is missing data being blocked by Firefox?

I discovered that I cannot sync with my google account protected from 2FA.

In detail:

1. Numbered list item showing something went wrong page when I am trying to login from (about:preferences#sync);
2. Numbered list item Login successful with another account not protected by 2FA

Note that:

1. Numbered list item cookie allowed;
2. Numbered list item using newest version;
3. Numbered list item protection set to standard;
4. Numbered list item tried to reinstall firefox

but none of them are successful.

I have also confirm that:

1. Numbered list item the account is able to sign in from other platform from mozilla(it's the account I'm using now)
2. Numbered list item there's no (significant) error logged from the F12 console

Today I needed to reboot my browser, and did so they same way i've done countless times before, but when I restarted it only 10 of the 11 windows I had open before closing it were in the "Recently closed windows" section of "History".Please tell me there's some way to recover that window.I had a lot of tabs open in that window that I need back.Why would Firefox just discard it like this?Like I said, i've done this so many times without an issue.

I've switched to vertical tabs as soon as they became available, and although I prefer using them, at the moment there is an annoying issue with them. If you have one or several pinned tabs, clicking one of them does show the corresponding page, but you can't interact with it until you click into it. To reproduce, have at least one pinned tab and a normal one. If you click on a normal tab and then press "Tab", the focus will start jumping between elements that are focusable. But if you click on a pinned tab, pressing "Tab" will first jump through the tab bar a few times before finally getting to the page: First, the tab itself will get the focus, then the "New tab" button, then the "Customize sidebar" gear icon, and only then does the focus move to the page itself.

What's annoying about it in practice is that one of my pinned tabs is a site that uses keyboard shortcuts for interaction, and whenever I click on it and start pressing keys, nothing happens. Then I have to click into the page once to move the focus to it, and only then does it become usable again.

So, it would be great if pinned tabs would behave the same way as normal ones, immediately focusing the page when clicked.

I have been receiving a link to reset my password for an app usually it signs me in. When I push the link when they send me the email link to change my password it doesn't go through it is supposed to work with Google.

I shutdown my laptop. When it came back up, my fire fox pages were gone. I have the sync option on so I don't know why I lost all of my stuff, files, and documents.

Hi, I want a website (Protonmail, my email client) to store persistent data. I have enabled it, but I also have all my browser security settings on Strict (also clearing browse data and cookies on each closing of the browser), so now when I have downloaded the data and I close and reopen my browser: it's all gone. I tried looking at making Protonmail an Exception, but that's only possible in relation to Tracking Protection. How to fix this?
