What are the step-to-step instructions in order to use Free VPN? (see attached image) I did a query on the web and it came back stating that Firefox VPN was not free. I am confused. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

How can I remove all my saved passwords from Firefox Sync? On my desktop, I went to Menu > Passwords > Three Dots > Remove all passwords, and they're gone. However, on my mobile phone, they're still there. So the sync functionality is borked. The question is, are the passwords still on Mozilla servers, or is just the sync to my mobile buggy?

Even if I were to delete my FF Sync account, for good measure I'd like to manually delete all passwords from it first though.

Any help welcome.

History drop down-Restore Previous Session MENU OPTION AND Recently Closed Windows MENU OPTION tab choice ARE DARK!!! Not active!!! Why? (If they are there to be seen they should always be active for use)

I use these ALL THE TIME!! Where is that function??? Why is MY history from yesterday NOT there for me?? I need it right now!

My life is busy and stressful enough without Firefox or Apple or Microsoft adding to it!!!

I am reporting a performance issue specifically related to Google Search's AI features (AI Overviews) in Firefox 149.0.2 on macOS.

The Issue: When an AI-generated summary appears in Google Search results, GPU usage spikes significantly, reaching up to 212%. This causes the laptop to overheat and triggers high fan speeds.

Critical Comparison:

Firefox 149.0.2: Extreme GPU load and performance degradation when rendering Google AI elements.

Google Chrome 147.0.7727.56: Works perfectly with normal GPU usage under the same conditions.

Tested on two different MacBooks: MacBook Pro (A1502), 16GB RAM, i7 (2015) — OS: macOS Monterey. MacBook Pro (MMQX3), 64GB RAM, M1 Max (2021) — OS: macOS Sequoia (15.x/Tahoe).

Keep getting prompted to active VPN but every time I try it just keeps looping back to the sign in start pop up. The VPN button is always gray with an X even after sign in.

When I launch Firefox, it uses well under 1GB in memory, but then it starts to increase that amount quickly in just a few minutes and gets up to 50+GB, causing error messages to pop up repeatedly until it uses all resources and locks up my computer. I have updated my MAC OS and the Firefox app, uninstalled the Firefox App and still have the same problem.

since updating my firefox browser I am having trouble with both instagram and facebook. The pages won't load regularly and when they do load - it is only partial pages. Have tried to find solutions to fix this. These are the only two websites that I'm having an issue with. What can I do?

Hi It isn't really a question, but it get to know and learn how to use Firefox efficiently before I converted from Safari to Firefox. I knew much more in Safari than in Firefox. Once I know more about Firefox, Firefox will be a default browser in my desktop,mac. Thanks Ted

this feature absolutely DOES NOT WORK on ANY Firefox desktop browser on MULTIPLE machines I have tried - and actually I'm pretty sure I can say the same thing about the ANDROID app too?

I can confirm EVERY SITE I have trouble signing in using Passkey on Firefox I can SUCCESSFULLY sign into on Chrome - every single time - the issue is clearly the BROWSER

worse still, it often COMPLETELY CRASHES Firefox and I have to forcibly KILL the process and restart Firefox, after even ATTEMPTING to use this feature

I have tried it on M1 Macbook Pros, on Ubuntu desktops (24.04 LTS) and also on Android

right now I am typing this in on a Firefox I literally just had to Force Quit and restart on a Mac - build 147.0.2 (aarch64)

Hi — I used to be able to option-click (on a mac) a link in a firefox window to download the linked file directly to my selected downloads folder. This has seemed to stop working. Can you help me get it going again?

Within the last few days, I have been unable to browse to our vCenter server using Firefox. When I do initially, I get the usual certificate error. Once accepted, I get an error that Firefox cannot connect to the server.

I receive the same error in Private mode as well.

I am able to browse without issue using Chrome which leads me to believe the problem is with Firefox.

Any help would be appreciated.
