I had been using the Mozilla Firefox VPN for a few weeks, but now it will not launch. I sign in without a problem but when I click on the VPN icon on the toolbar, nothing happens. I just get the pop-up to try the VPN and "Get Started" (see attachment).

Please advise.

how to get rid of search bar at bottom of screen. Sometimes when I click on a field and my cursor misses, and I start to type, it opens up a search bar at the bottom of the screen. I would like for that to go away. Win 11

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

Mozilla made an update of my Firefox installation on my Win11 laptop. all my password disappeared as well as my history and bookmarks.

I have now a virgin installation and is starting from scratch.

Now I get this error message: "This profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create a new profile." I deleted met shortcut and I opened Firefox by using Windows search. Now I see 4 profiles! I think I do not need to create a new profile. Maybe delete 3 of them ? What to do ? And, how?

Simple problem; complex solution? I work between two laptops and send files from one PC to the other by email. This week I could not download the sent files on Yahoo Mail. It literally just stopped downloading. I checked my security settings, created an exception for Yahoo Mail, double checked MS Defender, but nothing seems to be blocking it that I can see. I tried to review other sources, but could not find something for this situation. Help?

I see the VPN box on the top right of the browser. I clicked on Get Started, I signed in. But nothing happens, I cannot turn on the VPN. Am I missing something?

I am making another plea: how do I change the font size of the working bars in firefox? The Title BAR, the Menu BAR, the Tab BAR, etc. On my computer, they're minuscule, and I can't see them. I'm not a programmer, I don't know anything about code, so that limits the way things can be explained to me, or that I can understand. Several of you have been kind enough to suggest different solutions, but they all make things worse. I think I've screwed things up almost irreparably. I can barely recognize my browser any more. I've even tried to refresh Firefox, and that also made the situation worse. And now, every tab crashes constantly. Thanks to anyone who can help me solve this problem.

When I click on option/link for "Print using the system dialog box", the print preview no longer works. Instead I see message "This app doesn't support print preview" in preview pane.

This newer firefox (new to me) says i am running windows 10. (version 151.0.1 64-bit) How do i change that, also how to do finish setup?? I have been doing my best to research you Q&A. Have not found much to be helpful regarding my issues. I am a fan of Firefox and would like to continue using it, and supporting Mozilla when I can. I don't know why any browser never seems to allow for this. I hate using the mouse wheel to scroll down webpages and always use the scroll bar on the right side. Problem is most of the time it's way to skinny/narrow to be practically used and the bar you use to scroll it up and down - especially on long pages - is so tiny as to be completely unusable. It may not be an issue for tweens who still have eyes like hawks but for older people, like me, it's a pain in the tuchus. I'd like to be able to increase both the size - width mostly - of the slide rail and increase the overall size of the slide bar you use to control it.

Tabs will crash over and over again. I can barely look at any given page for longer than a minute or two. What happened?? Firefox was never like this before. It just crashed in the middle of me typing this LMAO. Using Brave in the meantime. This is ridiculous.

Last time the Fire Fox updates I noticed a weird change with the browser's behavior. the browser keeps crashing just anywhere I go! I keep losing my tabs and got kicked out of the browser losing the webpages where I was! Please fix this problem and for now at the moment I would be ok if I could go back to the last old version before that happen? I appreciate your help guys!
