When I start VPN, it brings me to a page to choose a subscription, but I have a yearly subscription paid in November 2025. Then my Mozilla account says I am logged on but when I click on the application icon I get a circular icon in the window with a cancel button underneath it. See attachment.

You started pushing a widget a while back that shows the days I've been on Yahoo, concurrent and otherwise. This thing is annoying and I want it gone. I don't care how much I've used Yahoo on my devices and You already know via tracking cookies.

Make it go away or tell me how to get rid of it - PLEASE.

I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. I paid for the VPN only to find out it doesn't work with my older MAC, I need a refund but can't open the VPN to ask for the refund! 30 money back guarantee but you have to be able to open the program! This is stupid! You need an easier way to get the refund from the 30 money back guarantee!

What have you done to Firefox ,so many issues it makes me sad that the best browser in the world has been wrecked. After 2+ decades of using this app I am not sure if I can keep using this blotted app any more. This is not a swiss army knife stop making it "MORE" and just work on making it a great browser. I'm so sad :( for what you have done to it. Uses way too much of the computers resources I might as well be mining for bitcoin with the amount of resources it is using. I know you all will not change anything and that makes me sad.

This is the most annoying behavior. For the most time I would like to use panel once or twice a day to ask some question to continue on conversation in some chat but whenever I close the AI chat-bot panel it resets its context and throws me onto the default page of the provider of my choosing. I have to click my way into the proper chat every time. Could a chat-bot panel keep its context or keep it session at the place where I left it?

I have successfully posted a question, and I figured out how to view my post (GilDawson -> View Profile -> My Questions). However, I notice that my screensnatch does not appear with my posting! It is important to illustrate my problem, and I was careful in uploading it, yet I cannot find it and I cannot figure out how to update my post.
