I see there is a new AI chatbot feature available on Firefox. In reading the article about the various AI providers, I did not find information about who owns each of the chatbots. That information would be helpful in deciding on which chatbot, if any, I might decide to use. Thanks.

I saw bunch of threads which suggest to enable "ctrl+tab cycles through tabs in recently used order". It does what I need, but in previous versions I used to press only ctrl+tab. While I was holding ctrl I could iterate over tabs via tab key. After releasing ctrl selected tab was chosen

It differs with current behavior where you press ctrl+tab and after releasing all keys pop up with tabs is still be viewed and you need manual action with space/enter/mouse click to open selected tab

Is there any way to use only ctrl+tab without any manual actions required like it was back in the days where after releasing the control key selected tab is opened?

I am trying to set up a new computer. I have customized the homepage and new windows to a preferred page, however I cannot customize the new tab settings. The only options for a new tab are either Firefox homepage or blank page. I am trying to find a way to have my preferred homepage open when I open a new tab.

I have carefully located all tabs in groupings suitable for me. Therefore, I do not want AI to make any changes. How can I ensure that Mozilla's AI does NOT make any changes to the groupings in which I have put my tabs.

Nur beim ersten Mal wenn Firefox nach dem Start geöffnet worden ist und wenn man in die Suchleiste mit der linken Maustaste klickt tippt firefox automatisch unendlich viele "Bindestriche". Dieser Vorgang kann nur durch Drücken der esc-Taste gestoppt werden. Danach ist ein Klick in die Suchleiste mit der linken Maustaste und eine ganz normale Eingabe möglich. I can NO longer log into my BANK, I changed the security settings back to "standard" but I STILL CANNOT LOG INTO MY BANK. it's website acts as though I'm a new customer & want's me to open an account,I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT & HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT AT THAT BANK FOR MANY YEARS! i was trying to check my apparmor stuff because of the warning on Linux. Now i tried duck.ai to instruct me , but created more damage than anything else. It said to set firefox in enforcement mode, now it wont start (well im using Firefox right now in complain mode)

How do I fix this problem that everything runs normally and safe?

I downloaded an extension and can't do anything with it. There is no way for me to open it, all I can do is open up my extensions to see it then change permissions or delete it. It won't appear on my toolbar with other extensions. I've seen others ask this question and the solutions dont apply to me. People are being told to either right click and click pin to toolbar or to click the gear icon next to the extension and then pin to toolbar as well. I have no gear icon next to extensions and right clicking an extension treats it like a link. There is a gear at the top that when I click it I can click "manage extension shortcuts" only for it to then pretend none of my extensions have shortcuts even though 2 of them are right there in my toolbar. The 3rd 1 mozilla seem to not want me to have on my toolbar.
