Hi. I'm in Windows 10 Extension using latest version of Firefox 145.0.2.

Every time I try to log into my Gmail account, a Windows Security Pop up says: "Making sure it's you. Please sign in to google.com. This request is coming from Firefox, published by Mozilla Corporation."

I'm already trying to log into gmail using my user name and password! I cancel out of the pop up and then it takes several tries to finally log in to gmail.

Is there any way to disable this pop up request at Firefox's end?

Since more than a month, when firefox was updated, all my bookmarks seem to be gone,which includes a lot of valuable research made over the past few years.

I have tried all suggestions that google give me to restore my bookmarks, but as far as I understand, there are no newer ones since 2019 (nor older ones than 2018) on my computer? That's what I find in a folder called 'bookmarkbackups' with json-files. Separately I also searched for 'json' and '.jsonlz4' and found nothing after 2019. Also I searched for .html, but nothing seemed to contain bookmark directly.

When I go to manage bookmarks > 'import/export' icon in the upper bar, it suggests two options, for 'nov 13 2025', or today's date), of which none provide me with any bookmarks.

Can I somehow still recover my research?

Do I really need to backup manually?

Or need I start saving all URLs in a word-document for my new research project?...

Firefox seems to update regularly, I currently have version 145.01. (I work on a Mac 2021, with Ventura 13.7.8)

I highly appreciate any advice on this matter.

My desktop icon has disappeared. It is still on the taskbar and in Start Menu (Windows10), also listed in programs on control panel. I hover over bookmark folder, they expand, and the links the folder contains work. (Or) now 80 percent of the time, I hover over the bookmark folder, they don't expand, so I click on the folder to expand it, and 90 percent of the time, the links in the folder do nothing when clicked on. They won't even get highlighted, (selected) I restart firefox, and all works again, for about 10 seconds, and problem occurs again. It goes without saying it gets real frustrating restarting firefox over and over and over again to use another bookmark. I've never experienced this before. This only happens for me on firefox for Linux Mint 22.1. Firefox on windows 11 does not exhibit this problem. Please help, thanks. Cheers...

I have a new computer and I want to sync my Firefox account but the Sign In button next to Sync and save data options are missing from the browsers in both devices.

How do I fix this issue?

When I turn on my Mac and click the Firefox browser icon, it will not load. It hangs. I get a "not responding" message and have to "force quit," again and again until FINALLY it loads, after five or more failed attempts. This does not happen with Firefox on my laptop, only my Mac. Both Firefox and my Mac are up to date. Why is this happening? Please help. It happens every day when I try to load the browser. I am about to give up and move to Safari. Relatedly, anyone know if it's possible to export all my bookmarks from Firefox to Safari?

We have a URL that is linked from various sites within our institution. For two of the sites that link this URL, it works fine in all browsers. One uses 'http' in their url and the other uses 'https' in their url. Our web server automatically updates to https either way. For two other sites that link this url it works fine everywhere but Firefox. In Firefox it gives 'The page isn't redirecting properly' error. If you click in the URL and then refresh, the site will reload properly. It's only when accessed via the link on the outside pages. This is happening to anyone that tries to access it, so individual browser/cookie settings don't seem to be the culprit. I've cleared the cache, checked my privacy setting, and tried other options I've been able to find online. Any ideas??

The email address in the account recovery option is incorrect. I cannot locate any option to revise it. Correct address is: GHUGHES204@gmail.com. The INCORRECT email address is GHUGES204@gmail.com. How can this be corrected?

I have lots of bookmarks saved and when I start typing the name of one I'd like it to appear first not after a lot of suggestions that I may or may not find useful.

Why is this not a simple option?

Hi, I've been trying to access academic articles through my university library online database. My browser often directs the shibboleth authentication to the sign-in page of my previous university, not to my current ones. An example is provided below: the first link gets automatically changed to the send one. How can I stop the browser from doing this, so that I can log in through my current university account? Hello, I run a movie and drama-related website: https://tvmon.com.co/. Recently, I’ve noticed that Firefox occasionally throws the following error when trying to access the site:

"Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to tvmon.com.co. . The OCSP response contains an invalid signing certificate. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT"

This issue is very strange because:

1. The site loads fine in Chrome, Edge, and Safari.

1. My SSL/TLS certificate is valid, up-to-date, and passes external tests (SSL Labs, etc.).

1. The error only appears occasionally in Firefox, refreshing sometimes fixes it, sometimes not.

1. Hosting and server logs show no issues at all.

I suspect this is related to Firefox’s stricter OCSP validation, but I’m not sure how to debug or resolve it. Since my site streams drama and movie content, this error is frustrating for users who rely on Firefox.

Has anyone else experienced this intermittent OCSP signing certificate error? Is there a known fix or workaround for Firefox-specific validation issues?

When I choose add new device the website displays 2 choices: mobile with installed Firefox app or need to download the app.

I chosed mobile with installed app then the website return to this main page without show the QR to scan from app.

Now, I logged in using email on my Android mobile and failed to sync my web browser profile..
