Dear FF/Mozilla:

I've experienced a number of issues where I'm unable to do banking transactions using the FF browser. In one case, Wells Fargo bill pay does not work (but works fine with MS Edge); in another case, an international money link payment to a vendor in the UK would not go through using Firefox (but did first time with MS Edge). In yet another case, Firefox won't load webpage photos for items for sale on the site www.telescope.com - the page loads with descriptions but photos would not load (I just tried it and, nada). This remains the case even after my VPN is disconnected.

I've used FF for several years now without too much trouble but with this ongoing non-functionality of FF, I'm tempted to migrate to MS Edge or a browser that is supported more widely.

Used firefox for many years on all my computers using OS 7 and 10 but today when I clicked on firefox I got news feeds . I have been trying all day to remove them , I might also add that all others computers with my account on has also got the same news feeds on .

How do I remove them I even tried to restore my windows 10 desk top today to a early date but now that computer wont even boot up .

Will someone please tell me how to remover the news feeds .

previously FireFox was able to login Spotify normally, and was able to post comments on Reddit, but suddenly it lost both abilities, and with the extreme lag on other sites, although still functional, i can't understand why these both sites can't be logged into, or can't post any comments in them. it has been this case for the past month. so what's going on? i'm NOT going back to Chromium based browsers ever again! i am in FireFox for a permanent replacement!

Hi I'm running into an issue where I'm trying to save files while retaining their original filenames, but '%' characters are changed into an underscore when I try to save it. I've tested this with Google Chrome but it doesn't run into this issue. Is there a setting or workaround so that Firefox will leave the filenames alone?

pdf files fail to download in Firefox, but not other browsers. In particular these sites:

However, I can download from non-password protected sites like:

Downloads work in other browsers. I've checked various items in the settings and none of them help.

I like Firefox, but if it won't, I will go elsewhere.

Hi friends. We have had some recent power outages when everything was back up running my youtube screen only shows the video but everything else is white. I will try to attach a screenshot.

I am running an iMac with system Sonoma 14.4.1 installed.

I have used Firefox for over 10 years with no problems.

Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. Today May 1, I noticed that any website that shows a recaptcha checkbox, including the google recaptcha demo (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo) only shows an infinite spinner in firefox v125.0.3. I've tried the same sites in chrome and edge and the recaptcha works fine. In FF, I have cleared my cache, disabled tracking protection, disabled anti-virus and tried troubleshooting mode - still get the infinite spinner. Last week, I had no problems with recaptcha.

The print-out with Firefox captures only half on the picture and relevant info. Luckily, Safari prints correctly. I am wondering why can't Firefox do the job so I do not have to go to Safari for printing? This issue is not specific to this website, it happens often in many other cases. Is this being worked on? I had to reinstall Windows 10. Then I re -install the Mozilla browser and windows taskbar won't pop up over Mozilla. I found bug fixes I did but didn't help.

As of today, I am unable to scroll with my mouse in google sheets. The scroll bar on the right disappears and I'm taken to the bottom of the spreadsheet and can't scroll back up. I have to use CTRL+Home and then the arrow keys to go down the rows. This appears to be only on Firefox. I tried a different browser and it worked fine.

Fairly frequently I need to send files I receive in .txt or .pdf format to my browser to read.

I have attached hereto two versions of the same file - one sent to Firefox and one sent to Chrome.

Note that the screenshot of the Firefox version of the file contains loads of UTF-8 character translations that are incorrect and show up as strange characters instead of letters or punctuation marks, while the same file shown in Chrome is almost perfectly clear.

I am running Firefox version 127.0.6533.89 (64bit) in a Win 10 Pro 64 bit environment that is up to date as of August 1st.

This has been a problem with Firefox for a very long time and I would like to know if I have misconfigured a setting that has caused this.

Can you please tell me how to get my extensions to appear on the toolbar? As you can see from the image (titled "forFirefox03"), only one is shown.

The images (titled "forFirefox01" and "forFirefox02") show all the extensions that I would like to have on the toolbar.

I've included the "About Firefox" (titled "forFirefox04") to show you which browser version I have.

I don't know if I need to show you the title names, but I'm used to Microsoft Answers, where I can put the images between the text, and here, I can't, so I'm assuming I have to show you them as names and images.

I am trying to view uploaded videos in to my work portal and when I try to view the video this is the error message I receive. I am running WIndows 10 on my desktop. My Windows is up to date and I have cleared all cookies and still not working. Please help. Thank you

Firefox won't play YouTube videos. I've tried everything. There seem to be plenty of problems on the forum BUT NO SOLUTIONS!

When I used to take screenshots, they would be automatically named with the date, time, and part of the text captured regardless of language. A few days ago and with no reason I can discern, it now saves any non-English screenshots with something like this "Screenshot 2024-06-23 a[...].png" instead of "Screenshot 2024-06-22 at 08-02-28 Politics Policy Polit[...].png" (usual for English text and what I used to get with all languages).

Which means I have to manually rename screenshots. Does anyone know how I can fix this because I am working on a project with lots of screenshots for topics from different languages?

When I search for a Hebrew-language video on Firefox the resulting link text overlaps with the English text “Translate this page” for all YouTube videos. I don’t want any page translated and my Firefox Translation settings include no languages. The overlap only occurs on YouTube video links. How can I get rid of the “Translate this page” text? Thanks.
