Very suddenly, I cannot buy groceries through Instacart with SNAP. Everyone wants me to use some other browser, but I really don't want to do that.

I'm using macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina) and Firefox for Mac 94.0.2 .

Whenever I go through the regular checkout process, when I click on "Place Order," I get the attached error message.

I cannot tell you how many times I've readded that number; I can't have been wrong on all of them. Yes, there's enough money on the card. I've tried (suggestion of their "support theater" people) deleting the card, logging out of Instacart, quitting Firefox, restarting Firefox (which I did twice to be sure), and adding the EBT number back in.

I even tried my sister's number, to see if it would go through. Same result.

Once I saw a brief flash of something like "Connect to EBT" before getting the error message, but only once.

I have ordered groceries through Firefox for Mac with SNAP on this computer before. Both SNAP and Instacart deny responsibility and tell me to use Safari (which I loathe).

Does anyone have any ideas? If it works in Safari, what's different about Firefox that's stopping it?

Please, grocery delivery is not a luxury for my sister and me. We literally (I was a copyeditor, so I do mean literally) cannot get to the store ourselves. I absolutely must be able to place SNAP orders via Instacart.

I have Firefox 100.0.1 on my Mac desktop, and Firefox 100.0 on my MacBook Pro laptop. I can no longer access my Microsoft OneDrive account via the web on my desktop, but I still can do so on my laptop. I have gone through your posted troubleshooting steps for Firefox on my desktop, to no avail. How do I get my desktop back to version 100.0 so it will work again? I can access my OneDrive account via the web on my desktop when I use the Safari browser, so the issue is definitely with Firefox version 100.0.1, and not with my desktop.

For a few months I've been experiencing consistent crashing in Firefox 95.x versions. At first the crashing happened "randomly" while browsing Facebook, but I eventually identified a pattern and learned that the crashes would happen when a Facebook 3D photo attempted to render in the feed.

Since then, I'm able to consistently reproduce the same crashing issue by opening Google Maps and launching street view. The crash happens immediately when street view attempts to load (unsuccessfully). This happens even with all plugins disabled.

Unfortunately I've had to failover to Google Chrome due to the stability issues in Firefox, though I would like to return to Firefox if this issue can be resolved. The issue does not present itself in other browsers.

I'm currently on Firefox v95.0.1 64-bit on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7, and my GPU is an integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB with a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M.

Hi, HELP!! My browser keeps crashing on sites that I use on a daily. I use office 365 outlook, and teams. Its been getting worse and worse like crashes every 15-20 mins. I've sent the reports but I have not see a patch to fix the issues. Please help otherwise I have to go to another browser.

Hello! We distribute Firefox add-ons on PC and macOS outside of Mozilla store.

Until Firefox 100.0 our users were able to install the add-on by clicking a button on the product side which was opening a link to XPI file hosted on our company's download server. That was triggering a usual install dialog from Firefox where it asks user to confirm the installation.

Starting from Firefox 100.0 this stopped happening and we started receiving numerous support calls from our customers about not being able to install the add-on. The issue now is that when the XPI link is opened in Firefox, the install dialog does not appear which brings a lot of confusion to the user. Firefox shows the link to the XPI in the address bar but does not start the usual install process (attaching screenshot of how it looks like on my Mac). Need some help for a client please :) iMac 27in (late 2013) Processor = 3.2Ghz Quad Core Intel Core i5 Memory = 8GB DDR3 MacOS Catalina = 10.15.7 1TB HDD Not sure if this is a MacOS thing or a Firefox thing. My client would prefer to use Firefox, currently using Chrome. However - whenever they close Chrome or shutdown / restart the computer, Firefox looses everything and they have to re-import all the data from Chrome. This is happening on a continual basis. It's simply not saving any data / settings that are imported from Chrome.

In the last few weeks FF has started running really slow. Launch takes 4-5 minutes, the browser won't navigate to any webpages. Preferences can't be opened. The force quit window show the app to regularly moving in and out of a "not responding" state. I had version 95.0.2 installed (the latest). I'm running OSX 10.15.7 (catalina). I uninstalled an reinstalled 95.0.2 and the same problem persisted. I downgraded to 94.0, and created a new profile in the process, and still had the performance problem. Chrome and Safari don't have the problem, and my machine is running as expected with all other apps. I don't have any sites load upon launch. I have 16G of RAM.

Since I can't open prefs, I can't purge caches or anything like that.

I am writing you using Safari. When I click on the Firefox icon in the dock, "Fiirefox" does not appear in the menu bar, instead I keep getting the same message window, "The application "Firefox" can't be opened."

I am using an iMac, OS 10.15.7. This problem just started today after using Firefox for years

I have been trying to use Firefox and it won't load, the page just doesn't load to firefox. I have Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing works. Someone, please help!! The browser doesn't work it won't open.

Hello. Have only 1 version open, yet get error msg can't open more than 1.

Macbook Pro Monterrey 12.3.1 updated today. When restarted after update, got notice that I now had newest version of Firefox.

Have gone through Apps folder, Trash, searched Finder, task bar, every place. Deleted Firefox and downloaded again. Still get that error msg, even though there is only 1 on my machine.

Desperate, have to file taxes tonight. Don't want to resort to Chrome and have my privacy violated.

Firefox crashes when attempting to view google maps street view. I have completed refresh, uninstall and reinstall. Went back to older version ESR to try that with no luck

I use firefox and pay for the vpn from firefox. Last week I encountered a ransomware attack. The Firefox immediately quarantined the attack. I am having no issues with using the computer. What was affected is Firefox itself. I cannot open Firefox at this point. I get permission denied messages upon launch. I have tried reinstalling a number of times in both the standard login and administrative login environments but I get the same results in both. Where do I go from here? Thanks Pat Imbriglio ...

I have an Apple M1 chip machine. Firefox isn't working. Happened before, downloaded new Firefox. Problem has recurred and I cannot remove old Firefox. I remove it from applications, reinstall, and then it tells me I already have Firefox open.

Suddenly, when I search the web with a topic search term, e.g. "thrombin", I get the error message: 'The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) is being used.' Can you help me resolve this problem?

Since updating, "Exit Full Screen" now causes viewed page to become a narrow sliver at the top of the screen, and the page unusable. I typically drag pictures from my desktop to Facebook, etc., but can no longer do that. (I know there is another way to access pictures from the desktop, but it is currently unreliable on my machine, which is very slow and wonky right now.) Can I revert to the former function where "Exit Full Screen" just makes the page smaller but still usable?
