Is there a Mozilla customer support phone line? It took me so long to be able to just post this question. I need a simple answer. The trackpad's two fingter zoom feature works perfectly in Safari.

Since yesterday I get a screen full of garbage characters, when I open FB on Firefox. After refresh it loads normal and it works fine in chrome. Malwarebytes reports a clean system. Any suggestions?

How can i fix this? Please explain clearly!!! Thank you.

I have recently started having the redirection issue with Amazon. I click on a product link on the Amazon website and now I get the message that this page is not properly redirecting. I try Chrome and it works fine. I have cleared my cache, insured that cookies are accepted and I have searched for solutions. I did find several others reporting this problem, but none of their solutions worked for me. The odd thing is that some links on Amazon still work properly. But others don't. And, as I wrote above, all these links work in other browsers, i.e. Chrome. But I hate switching to Chrome so I can use Amazon. As far as I can tell, Amazon is the only website that has this issue. I browse a lot, so that seems strange to me.

In Firefox 46 running under Linux, clicking near the bottom of the scroll bar makes the browser scroll to the bottom of the page, instead of scrolling one page down, as in version 45. Why is this, and how can it be cured?

I know the answer to the latter, but it seems that one has to ask a question to be able to register. Weird!

I' m running Firefox 46.0.1 in Fedora, however the bug I'm reporting has been there in 45 (and probably 44...). When I try to play a GIF in Twitter, I only have a black square instead (example : https://twitter.com/Anythingbatch/status/738079492418211840 ). If I pause the playback, I can see a still picture, but when I try to play it again, I get the black square again. More curiously, I have the same with Twitter's videos but I can hear the audio ! And if I click on the full screen button, I can watch the video in full screen mode without any problem.

I don't have this bug using GNOME Web or Google Chrome and it only happens with Twitter (no problem with FB or youtube).

Any idea ?

I have been having problems with Firefox on Facebook. Could not post personal photos. But could post any photos found on the Internet, unless I changed the name of photo. Now my Facebook page is just a jumble of black-and-white letters filling the entire page, some letters unrecognizable. I've tried resetting Firefox. I have shut off & on all plug-ins, add-ons, etc. I am assuming this has occurred since the latest install of Windows updates. I am using Windows 7 & plan to upgrade to 10 soon. I prefer Firefox over Google Chrome & hope that I will not have to switch just to use Facebook. Once again Facebook is just a jumbled screen of black-and-white text, letters with strange fonts. (PC code or script) I have ran various security scans & PC cleanup tools. It seems to be only on Facebook when using Firefox. Facebook is working fine with Google Chrome. all other web sites seem to be working fine with Firefox.

Hello, That is a great feature as I discovered recently! But I could not find a shortcut-that would be very handy, instead fiddling with the mouse. Thanks a lot for your hints and suggestions!

After successfully logging in to Office365 (work), an attempt to click MAIL or CONTACTS results in a hang and blank screen. This does not happen in IE. After letting FireFox sit for a minute or two, the BACK arrow display shows a long list of "continue" entries as if in a loop. I have tried starting FireFox with AddIns disabled (safe mode) and get same result.

Any clue?

Hi all, I am seeing this problem since I wiped my computer and installed Windows 10 a couple of days ago. Just to clarify, everything was fine on Windows 8.1, which I was previously using.

I see that fonts are not correctly renderded, there is a lot of aliansing and they're quite thin. They are ugly. The problem is well described in this ticket. https://support.mozilla.org/it/questions/1115938.

I have tried to reset Firefox, run withot plugin, nothing changes. Here you can find values I see in about:support. I use Firefox in Italian, i have translated these values in English. I don't remember what values I had in W8.1, but my suspect is that my GPU (AMD HD7950) is not detected/enabled correctly by Firefox. http://pastebin.com/QEmYBXpp

Maybe I should not say this (lol) but Chrome does render fonts properly on my machine.

System: Win7 SP1 with FF v.46.0.1 Adobe Acrobat - Create PDF 1.2 (extension) fails signing verification and is disabled. I want to remove it completely but cannot figure out the path. Unfortunately, the "remove" button is not available in the Add-On manager. That would be too easy. I have also searched the usual directories with in "Program Files" etc. I have also refreshed my FF install but have not reinstalled from scratch. I suspect this extension is not within the footprint of the FF install anyway. The mentioned tactics are all Google searches had to offer. To be clear - this is an extension, not a plug-in.

Can someone help me find the file path or registry entry to kill this out of my Extensions list?

I "refreshed" my browser because of a recommendation by Mozilla. It stated that all would remain the same, including history and stored/saved passwords. Well, that didn't happen, and tonight I've been resetting passwords (who remembers passwords?!?) to the sites I know, but there are some (work/employment related) that I have no idea what the web address is. Plus, the browser is still slow! ughhhh I am so frustrated now. I should have listened to my instincts and left it alone, or installed Google Chrome. I did go to the forum, read the Q & A, but was unable to get my issue resolved. Please, please help!

Firefox 46.0.1 upon closing on screen, causes windows error reporting to immediately start. Firefox appears to be running in background . When Firefox is again started, error message that firefox is already running. This started with Firefox 46.

I 'refreshed' Firefox, and when I tried to add the iCloud bookmarks add-on extension back, I'm getting a 'not found' page when I try to go to the download page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/icloud-bookmarks/

This happens both when I google 'iCloud bookmarks for Firefox' and also when I click on the link within iCloud itself. I checked the cached version of the page and it was there as recently as yesterday.

On certain webpages like this very one I'm using, Facebook and Twitter, FF keeps scrolling up to the top of the page. It's very very very annoying. I unchecked autoscrolling but it's still happening.
