I do my Firefox updates manually. I am currently using version 108.0.2. When I click on "about", it says I should "Update to Partner Removal". It usually tells me to update to the next version that is available. What is Partner Removal? Is it a legitimate update? I can't find anything on the website regarding this. Why does it not tell me to update to version 109?

I have run Firefox for years on up to 4 PCs at once, everything has always synced and screens all look the same. Recently one laptop lost the addon extension icons in the Firefox toolbar. They remain on all other installations. I have tried uninstalling Firefox and installing an earlier build, and also the latest Beta build with no luck. All extensions show as installed and activated. I have copied the Profile from another laptop. I have of course done a reset. Any other suggestions?

I have a problem with buttons in google docs, buttons works but pictures of buttons are dissipated. I asked about this questions to the community, but nobody could help me. I can't find if I can to get help from technical specialists of mozilla company? Is there only this community? This is really huge problem for me, because I work a lot with google docs and if I don't solve this problem then I'll have to go to another browser, but I don't want to :(

I have had 2 sites produce this error box in place of the target Web Site (See Picture). I have read previous topics about this and have followed the instructions with no positive results. FYI, clearing the web site's cookies, clearing Cache and disabling Hardware acceleration.

The first was https://www.walmart.com. After leaving a "Feedback" 2 weeks ago it appears as if they were able to fix the problem. However, the site is not as important as my Medicare PPO provider. I tried loading previous versions of Firefox, but that did not help.

In both instances the LOL "support" people's response was to try a different Browser. So, I reluctantly loaded Google Chrome and it worked perfectly. From my perspective, this eliminates everything to do with my machine setup.

Below is the sign-on URL (not unique to me). Please note that this 668 character URL has not changed for over a year. It is just Aetna's adoption of the Imperva Security Firewall. Both my Winders 8.1 and Winders 10 machines produce the identical results.

Just recently Firefox has started to negatively affect my network connection, seemingly only after video playback has happened. Every fix to six pings the time jumps up from the normal range (less than 100ms) to 2-3,000 ms and then returns to normal. This only happens with Firefox and seems to happen mostly when/after video playback has happened but can also happen without video playback. I have started FF without addons as well as in Safe Mode and it still occurs. As soon as I close FF the ping returns to normal and network stability resumes.

Hello there; I had installed the "savefrom.net" extension. This extension automatically generated the website address to the "bookmarks toolbar". I deleted the extension and deleted the shortcut as well. But when the bookmarked website shortcut "firefox" is closed and reopened, it adds itself to the bookmarks toolbar again. No matter what I did, it didn't work. I don't want to delete Firefox completely and reinstall it. Because there are too many shortcuts and data that I use all the time. How do you think I can solve this problem?

52.9.0esr is claimed to be the last version for XP. Unfortunately it is not quite true. It is for XP SP2 ONLY. Trying to install on SP3 ends with the message that SP2 is required. IMO the installer is simply too strict on demanding exact version of SP ! https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/52.9.0/system-requirements/

I went through the list of versions (thanks Mozilla that they all are still available!) and found that the last version I can install is... version... 12.0b6. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/12.0/system-requirements/

And indeed I installed 12.0b6 successfully but I would like to install 52.9.

I've recently switched back to Firefox from Edge and have run into a frustrating issue.

When I try to print documents from Firefox, the "Color Mode" in the print settings is grayed out so I can't select B&W.

This same problem exists both on my MacOS laptop + my Windows 11 desktop. Additionally, they are connected to different printers on different networks. It also occurs whether I'm trying to print a PDF or anything else in Firefox.

Based on this, it appears Firefox is the culprit here.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am trying to have Firefox show an "X" on every tab as soon as I hover above it. I followed a certain article and implemented this code:

What could be the issue? I tried adding executable permissions using "chmod" but that did not change anything.

Hi, can you help? I can't access morphy richards website from my phone and my pc through Firefox. I can access it through Microsoft Edge on my pc and my Samsung Internet app on my phone but not through my Firefox app or windows 11 Pro desktop pc. I get this message on my pc

Steps I have taken is clearing data, history and cache on pc, turning off mcafee firewall. I use my pc through a wired Internet connection and my phone through Wi-Fi and data and it's the same on both I can't access the website. Like I mentioned I can access it no problems through Microsoft Edge on my pc and Samsung Internet app on my phone so I have now pinpointed it to Mozilla Firefox being the issue, also this is the only website I have issues with. Good morning, Recently I discovered there are two maps called "Andere bladwijzers" in my Firefox browser. I deleted a submap in the second map and noticed this submap had also disappeared in the first map. Is there something I must do or can I leave these two large maps as it is? Every day when I sign in to Firefox I receive this email message, and I don't know why. I have been signing into Firefox for a few years. I don't remember when this started and I'm not sure if this is just your way of authenticating that I am me or not. Please explain this email I receive from accounts@firefox.com. I have changed my password many times so that can't be it, at least I don't think that's it.

Hi! In my setup Firefox tabs keeps crashing for about one week (not sure when it was really starting). In most cases, only one tab crashed and others contiune to work. Only sometimes a second tab crashes at the same time. I also tried the safe mode but the crashes continued to happen.

I am unable to sign into Microsoft 365 services in Firefox. When I try to sign in on the Microsoft 365 Website, it doesn't sign in, it simply redirects me back to the website. When I try to sign in from the Outlook login page, I get an error page saying "500 Something went wrong. Repeating redirects detected." Screenshot attached.

1. I was able to sign in with another browser. 2. I was able to sign in on a device running Windows 10. 3. I have cleared the entire cache and history on the Firefox browser - it didn't work. 4. I tried logging in with Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode - it didn't work.

I saw an archived thread from 10/28/2021 where @OthelloBloke had the same issue ("Microsoft 365 Signin on Office.com Doesn't Work After Windows 11 Update"). It didn't seem to have been resolved. It has been a while since Windows 11 came out. Has there been any resolution to this issue? Please help me fix it. Most of my activities are on Microsoft 365, and I prefer to use Firefox as my browser. But if this is ongoing I will need to abandon this browser in order to access my work.

I'm running Version 108.0.1 on a mid 2015 Macbook Pro MacOS 12.6.2 Today I went to do a translation using the "to google translate" add-on and noticed it was missing from its place in the context menu. I go to "get more add-ons and re-installed it.

So why was it uninstalled without my consent? What can I do to stop this happening again?

Hi. After recent update I started to see issue where blue/white border is present when clicking web site elements. Ususally this kind of border is present if you select elements via keybaord but in this case it's present when clicking elements with mouse. It usually stop doing this if I close and reopen FF but not for long. Example is in posted screenshot. I have not altered my settings in any way.

I am running Firefox 108.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.5 and videos on Reddit don't play, they just buffer (?). Youtube works fine. I've tried the suggestions on this page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-common-audio-and-video-issues#search but nothing seems to work.

For a long time Ive been reading my newspaper in the browser but recently I noticed that the resolution has been changed text is blurry and images unclear. If I download the file and read it with ADOBE PDF Reader it is as normal, sharp. I guess there is a setting that has change with one of the resent updates but I cant find it :(

I cant say when the resolution changed but it was round New Year / Christmas ....

I have auto update on.
