When I opened up Firefox this evening, websites stopped working if "DNS over HTTPS" is set to "Max Protection". In some instances, such as YouTube, the website loads, but it acts like you're offline and tells me to turn on my Wi-Fi even though it's already on and running fine. Weirdly, it seems that setting DNS over HTTPS to Max Protection, loading a website, set DNS over HTTPS to a lower setting, and then reloading the website fixes the issue, but it'd still be nice if we didn't have to go through the hassle at all. When using the AI chatbot in the Firefox browser, I cannot click to the left of a certain coordinate only when Claude is open. This issue does not occur with other AI bots (such as ChatGPT or Gemini). What could be the cause? My environment is as follows:

OS: Windows 11 Pro x64 Firefox version: 147.0.4

Additionally, tabs are set to vertical display, and the sidebar expands only when the cursor hovers over it.

I have a two monitor setup. Since I installed the new AMD driver (26.1.1), sometimes when I play a game on my main monitor, and watch stream on Twitch in Firefox on my second monitor, it can cause the PC to freeze completely. I hear the sound, but the image is stuck.

I tried to disable the hardware acceleration in Firefox, and it seemed like a good solution. But because of that (which is its function), sites became laggy.

Is this a Firefox, or an AMD issue? Or Windows (I'm on Windows 11 25H2)? I will try to install an older AMD driver, but honestly streams had became laggy before the driver update for me.

normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Windows 11 Firefox crashed on opening continuously so unable to safe open etc. Did update intel graphics to no avail. Uninstalled in add programs in settings. Did not choose to delete data. Reinstalled and now can't find my profile.

When I access the website of UGC ( https://www.ugc.fr/ ) the access page opens up but immediately freezes: the screen luminosity decreases and the pointer cease to function: I cannot acces any of the options: select movies on show, select cinema programmes or schedule, open my UGC account to reserve performances ... Nothing works ... I have tried to reduceprotecton, etc as sugested on Forum and other suggestions: nothing works. I have no problem at all when I open the same website with Opera or with Microsoft Edge ... Why it does not work under Firefox puzzles me. Can you do something about it ? I use Firefox as my defaut internet access without problems for everything else ! This is really strange and most annoying. Thanks for your help.

I am getting the following error message when using Firefox. The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem. I cannot see my bookmarks or add new ones. I followed the directions in articles about this problem and they did not. help. I decided to uninstall Firefox and l re-installed it from scratch and i still get the same error message.
