Secure Connection Failed on various websites, wont let me visit or process, some let me visit but not process tasks the error messages is as noted. These are all major websites, so authenticity cant be an issue Secure Connection Failed Secure Connection Failed

I signed on and when I made an account I clicked save log in, then it sometime after i entered the wrong password logging in and a popup said "Save New Password" or whatever even though the new login failed because it was the wrong password-- so I clicked Enter, thus erasing my previously saved real password for this website. Now I can't get into the account because I don't have my password.

Additionally, I entered the wrong EMAIL so I can't even click "forgot password" to get a recovery email, and I can't change my password without entering my current password.

Is there a way to recover this data? Again 1. Made an account with password- saved with firefox 2. Tried logging in, entered wrong pass , pop-Up showed 'update password' fast, I clicked enter 3. Now my password is gone.

Hello, today I wanted to replace the "about:newtab" background with a picture.

I've already tried a lot like creating an extension, and adding the chrome folder with "userChrome.css" or "userContent.css" but I haven't had any luck whatsoever.

Could you help me in any way?

My preferred way would be through an extension to share it with my friends.

I've been to several websites in the last couple of days that won't load in firefox, but will in chrome ( which I had to download to order groceries and I am not super happy about it ). the most egregious was today, I tried to order groceries from a major grocery store: meijer.com and the main page opened but if I like searched for "coke" it would freeze and nothing would load. not just coke, but also any other search term

I can not get Firefox version 111.0.1 to work with Fedex tracking system. I get a message from Fedex saying "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." But when I use Microsoft Edge I get all my tracking information. I have cleared the cache for Fedex but that does not work. I have had this same problem with UPS also.

I was paying a bill and at the end there was a pop up from Firefox to save the payment method. I clicked the wrong box and it was saved. I would like to reverse that error. I absolutely hate browsing forums for solutions to my problems.

I hate being forced to search FAQ's for questions that nobody asks frequently enough before being able to post something. I appreciate this is necessary to limit multiple threads about the same topic, but it's not the perfect solution.

It doesn't help if the admins of this forum fob off questions with an arrogant answer and close the thread.

I'm looking at you @dropa. Please chill. These people need to talk to each other. Don't just shove potatoes in their mouths send them packing.

I'm not trying to be abrasive, but I've seen this on other forums, it looks like bullying, and it is frustrating and, frankly, it's mean.

I am a developer. Firefox recently changed the way the Inspect tool highlights the element in question. Instead of a solid box will translucent fill for the content, padding and margin boxes, it only shows the outline of those boxes and it's very problematic to work with.

In the attachment I am highlighting the words "Shipping and Return Policy" and the light blue, purple and yellow outline represent the content, padding and margin boxes respectively.

How can I revert back to the old style where it shows the translucent boxes filled with respective colors instead of just the outlines.

Since the latest update of Firefox I have lost the zoom in and out buttons, the 'stick man' for street view and the options for Satellite etc. Also, if I select directions I get the detial but no indications on the map. These functions all appear to be avaialble via Microsft Edge, so i assume it must be a Firefox/Google maps interaction. Any help would be appreciated - Chris Platts

I've installed a Tree Style Tab add-on recenty. Now I want to hide horizontal tabs from the top.

Can anyone help me with this?
