Kind of a combination 'Browse/Download problem. This morning on rising, 07/11/25, Claude.ai's html artifacts quit loading on Firefox. Doesn't matter whether I'm on laptop Macbook Pro or iMac...or iPhone...but it loads in Safari and Google Chrome? Site is fine...document artifacts are fine...but html sits with spinning wheel?

As of 7/10/2025, Xfinity Streaming does not open through Firefox. I much prefer Firefox to any other browser so I am a little mystified as to why all of a sudden Xfinity Streaming does not open. I receive my Comcast email through FireFox but when it comes to streaming content, the Xfinity logo just sits there and does not open.

This is more a suggestion than a question, on the homepage for browser it would be nice to have the option for a calendar. Not necessarily attached to windows calendars. Thank you.

When I was trying to sing in to bit defender I ended up wiht this mozilla package. why did the bit defender have a statement questioning reliability using an ad-on?

About two weeks ago, Firefox started randomly hanging and would stop responding. It wouldn't let me close the program and I always have to restart my system to resolve the problem. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes after restart before it hangs, other times it will be fine for hours.

I've tried multiple solutions I've found online, carefully following instructions: clearing cookies and cache, disabling all extensions, refreshing firefox, creating a new profile, deleting specific files within the Profiles folder, etc.

I've yet to make it more than four hours without the program hanging.

Any assistance or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I downloaded the trust wallet extension, used a memoric phrase to import a wallet. It kept saying invalid memoric phrase, but after a about 30 minuets passed my wallet was emptied... so that was a hacked or bogus extension file.

I just installed Linux Mint. I am new to Linux. Firefox came with it. In the Firefox help/about, I see that updates have been disabled by your organization. I am just a single user. There should bot be any enterprise policy applicable. Why did I get this and how to get rid of it?

Im trying to add sync protection when adding whatsapp and googlechat to my phone and desktop. I created a primary password but it doesn't seem to work. i click on firefox and it continues to just open with no protection at all. what am i missing, whenever i use firefox it still has google listed as search engine

Why is there a search term bar in the body of the web page but it jumps to the address bar when a search term is entered. Why would firefox design a place in the body of the web page that does not work. How is this corrected?

Yesterday I got a prompt saying there was an update available for download. Today when restarting my laptop and opening Firefox ALL of my bookmarks are missing!!! My bookmark toolbar is also empty. Where did all of this important stuff go? Please help me restore this my information asap. I am freaking out!

When I custom installed to a different path,I didn't have the service installed,and when I encountered an update,I manually updated and restarted Firefox Brower,and I saw two uninstall lists in the control panel uninstall list.
