1. My left-hand sidebar contained about 150 URL links, mostly not bookmarks. I have used this constantly for the last 10 years to access desired websites. 2. After installing 149.0.2 this sidebar with all links disappeared when Firefox was restarted. 3. I tried several suggested remedies such as changing profile or settings on General or Home tabs. None of these were successful. 4. I have seen a portion of my list twice, enough to believe the entire list is stored someplace. It displayed in a box on the Firefox page, but I cannot remember how I produced this list.

How do I get back to having a sidebar full of links?

The refresh button in my firefox desktop browser suddenly disappeared. One day the usage was normal, but on the next launch of the browser, there was no refresh button. I currently use the "F5" button to refresh but it would be better to use the button again.

Hello. I accidentally removed the VPN button from the toolbar and would like to restore it. However, when editing the toolbar, there is no option to add this button back. Please help.

Could you make a shortcut to switch on between "dark mode" and "bright mode" in the mobile app browser + pc desktop browser?

There are enough webpages that don't show correctly in dark mode. It is not convenient to change the dark mode each time in settings!

Firefox Search Field changed to a drop-down with Icon + Search Engine Name instead of the previous 3-6 icons on a row with Search Engine Name only appearing when you hover over the Search Engine icon? How do I change Firefox back to the old Search Engine field user interface?

Attached is the new UI which takes up too much screen space if you have a lot of Search Engines installed in the Search Engine Field. I'd like to revert to the old code. If the old code is no longer in Firefox, what version do I have to downgrade to in order to get that old user interface back?

The old menu is more user friendly and everything shows up. Unlike the new menu where you have to search for stuff. Please incorporate an option to choose between menus.

Put back the menu bar!!!!!!!!! Who ever thought it was a good idea to remove it should be fired immediately. Firefox far less user friendly and useful and far less better than other browsers without it!!!! Errol Simpson

I beg you, just add an option to revert. Why, why are you even doing the redesign?? I would happily use your browser forever anyway, please, add an option to revert! I really don't want to move to Chrome, but the new design is so hideous I can't stand it

I use the Firefox Search bar a lot (the one that has a magnifying glass). The latest version of Firefox's Search bar seems different and the magnifying glass has been replaced by an icon of my default search engine. Although the old and new Search bar are very similar, the newer one has a larger font, and the search options on the drop down menu have a magnifying glass next to it. It also takes up more space on the browser (not as packed) which I don't like as much. Is there a way to revert to the previous version of the search bar? The first pic is the new search bar and the second is the older version.

When i downloaded Firefox yesterday i noticed my desktop icons the pictures changed to Firefox picture is there any way i can them back to the way they were before. Barbara Hudson.

on other webpages a black bar drops down from the bookmarks bar and blocks the top of the pages, how do i get rid of it? oddly on this page, the bar does not show up

Many of the changes in the newest Firefox for mobile are an improvement, but one thing that really isn't is the location of the share button. I use this feature more than any other.

It used to be that I could press and hold to select the tabs I wished to share and the share button would pop right up. Now, the menu contains a bookmark icon (star) and a bin. Meanwhile the share button is hidden under the dot menu, even though there's more than enough room for it in the header bar, even with the star and bin.

If there is currently no way to customize the quick-access icons, I encourage developers to consider making the share button more prevalent or allowing users to customize quick access, in future.
