My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.
I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

I thought maybe it was the internet but no everything was okay I also checked my speaker it was ok. Then I found out Firefox was unable to generate any sound. I tried to re-install but didn't work.
