I just got a samsung galaxy s26 (old phone is not available); when i accessed my Firefox, my Collections were missing. From other research, it seems that Collections are not available anymore. However, there must be some way to recover the websites that were stored within them, so i can at least rebuild them.

I had a problem with my Zotac PC and had to do a reset, when done none of my passwords or bookmarks came back after the resety even though Firefox asked for my password and email to send me a code but everything is gone and I have way to reach some of my frequently used sites, can you please help? I have updated firefox on my desktop, with quite some open tabs, where Firefox promted that after the upgrade all tabs would be restored. However, none of them were restored nor could I find them in the history. I guess I had all opened in a private window. IMHO the prompt could have warned for this and now I have to reconstruct all these tabs with my memory.

Is my assumption right?

I can't say enough trashy things to you that I don't have the time to deal with this issue.

Hi there,

I've had a Firefox account on my workstation at work so that I can take my browsing with me when I am at a different workstation, sign in and sync no problems.

This morning I was provisioned a new laptop workstation and when I attempted to sync my profile nothing shows up. I am pretty confident I've signed back in to the correct account since I do this from time to time. Unfortunately the old workstation is unrecoverable hence why I was given a new one so I can't backup and import.

Checking the email account I used to set up the profile I found an email from March saying the account would be deleted since I haven't been active. This can't be the case because I have been using this account five days a week for the last 7 years.

Any suggestions on how to recover my profile and move forward?

I verified my Profile is intact. No change yet ALL of my Bookmarks are gone. so is History. Now what? ho recovery bookmarks? I do not want a new profile. I do not have a lot of time. What do you recommend?
