I am currently testing the new VPN feature in Firefox. I Is noticed that Firefox always starts with this integrated VPN being off. I searched but I didn't find any way to have it always on when launching VPN. Is that possible?

Hi, I accidentally deleted all my emails on my desktop. I was in Account Settings and pressed the red "Delete" button that appears next to the account name on the screen. I was trying to reset the email account settings but when i pressed delete, the mail account and all my old messages were deleted from my desktop.

I do see a file in the folder in User/appdata/roaming/thunderbird/profiles.../mail/mail.server.co.za that says "Inbox" and I THINK that might be my old emails but I can't seem to get Thunderbird to open the file. I've tried using ImportExportNG but it still won't open that file.

Is there a way to recover my old emails without having to take my computer to a specialist?

Hello, I somehow have gotten a slimmer sidebar that is attached to my bookmarks sidebar on the left. I can't get it to disappear without losing my bookmarks at the same time. When I re-open bookmarks it has this sidebar again on the side. Is it possible to get just this slim bar to go away? Thank you

Hello, Im using localized (Lithuanian) version of Firefox. Several updates back, Firefox started including russian and Polish in preferred languages by default. Personally i know how to remove those for myself. However, since im managing around 300 computers in a school. This starts to become an issue. In Lithuania we only have one official language. And when pages in a school start opening in foreign (russian) language this starts to be quite annoying. I would love to keep using Firefox but i need help.

I noticed that the World Clock widget includes Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) but does not provide an option for Indian Standard Time (IST). This is surprising given that India has one of the world's largest internet user bases and a significantly larger population than many countries currently represented.

India operates on a unique UTC+5:30 time zone used by over 1.4 billion people, making it one of the most widely used time zones globally. The absence of IST while neighbouring time zones are available feels like a major oversight and reduces the usefulness of the widget for Indian users and anyone who regularly works with Indian colleagues, clients, friends, or family.

Please add Indian Standard Time (IST) to the World Clock widget as a standard option. Its inclusion would greatly improve the widgets global coverage and usability.

Before asking my question, I have to say that I have been extremely happy that Thunderbird introduced their app. for phones. Historically, I have had many problems with my desktop version, and even now there are days that I cannot send e-mails from my desktop, but that's a question for another time.

My question now is, am I somehow able to access my local folders that my son set up on my desktop (in order not to clog up my allowance), on my phone? The local folders are in the menu on my desktop, but not on my phone.

I couldn't log into a site and it was suggested to 'clear cache' as follows: - settings - privacy and security - cookies and site data - clear browsing data BUT only cookies and temp cache sites. By mistake I believe I ticked browsing and download history too, and looks as though it is irrersible? Now I no longer automatically get all the little boxes I used to get for usual regular log ins (eg The Times, Meteo, banks, email etc) I think I can use 'add shortcuts' and re-enter these, but any other suggestions? How to delete the word finder toolbar at the bottom of the browser?

I tried to change the wallpaper but instead found different color settings for the browser. I selected one, but nothing changed, except now I have this word finder toolbar so anytime I type something it pops up and I have to reset focus every time from it back to my computer page. This basically makes my computer unusable.

I have a few extensions in Firefox but if I click on the extensions button in the toolbar it now takes me to a Personalize Firefox page where, if I click on Extensions, it only gives me the option of turning them off or on and not to activate or access them. For instance, one extension is Volume Booster which cannot be adjusted on this page. How can I get back to being able to actually using these add-ons?

Greetings and Good evening Windows was reset on 03/06/2026 due to problem. Option chosen was removal of Apps only No data was removed When Mozila was opened on 03/06/2026,It had all data since 2021. It was already registered with -removed-@gmail.com. Still history and bookmarks from 2021 were not restored. On 02/06/2026,0ne drive back up was also initiated. Please guide me as how to restore this.

Mozzilla fonctionne mais je ne peux plus faire "envoyer" mes mails. C'est terrible d'autant que n'y comprends rien . Je rédige-sur la page "Rédaction" et après il n'y a plus de case "Envoyer." par contre je reçois les mails J'ai glané les infos au bout de 2 jours  : IMAP Je sui "Orange" Sortant SMTP/SSL/TLS port 459 Entrant SMTP/SSL/TLS port 995 et quelque part  : version 140.II.Iesr  ? Vous pensez que c'est grave ? ça fait 10 ans que ça fonctionnait

I have all my past emails in specific folders within Windows Mail currently. I have three email accounts. I want to set up Thunderbird and import all the folders of emails into it and access all three accounts from within Thunderbird. I have a Master computer running windows, a tablet and a phone. I would like each device to be able to access all the email accounts and the stored folder tree within Thunderbird. I would like the Master computer to be set up with POP3 for all accounts so I can archive those I need to keep. I would like the tablet and the phone to be able to see and interact with the emails via imap so that when the Master is opened it downloads everything for processing. Do I need to set up each device separately with accounts being either imap or pop3 accordingly? will they all sync together? Thanks for your input.
