Hi,

I have sent an email to support but didn't receive an answer yet, so I hope someone here might be able to help me.

So I've been trying to export my Pocket list, but didn't receive any my email.

After going over few of the support articles. I've noticed that my email didn't show up in the settings of Pocket. I have updated the email address, but I am not receiving the confirmation email.

I've tried 3 different email address.

Any idea what can I do? Thanks!

How to disable the Enterprise Roots preference-have tried everything I can find on this issue. In summary, deleting certificate via reg edit but this does not work, have to delete certificate every time I re start windows 11 desk top pc.

Dear Firefox Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Mohammad Kamal Borojerde, and I’m experiencing serious ongoing security issues while using Firefox on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a delivery driver working for Deliveroo, and my device is being targeted through remote hacking methods. I suspect that some malicious actors are using apps I’m not aware of to interfere with my internet, GPS location, and even stop delivery tasks that the company sends to my phone. This has significantly affected both my work and personal life.

Despite installing multiple security applications including McAfee (Reference No: 03203372) and Bitdefender (Reference No: 1010231778), my browsing remains unsecure, and settings keep getting changed or disabled without my consent. I believe attackers are also bypassing or disabling Firefox protections on my phone.

I kindly request Firefox’s security team to investigate this matter seriously. If possible, please help me: 1. Lock down or secure my Firefox browser fully. 2. Review any unusual activity linked to my device/browser. 3. Suggest any specific configuration settings that can protect me against remote access or phishing.

Hi, I know this is a long shot but I'm wondering if it's possible to sync downloads across Firefox devices. I lost my phone recently and I had a LOT of downloads on it that I couldn't backup to the cloud. Is it possible to somehow make those available through another device, like my laptop that has Firefox?

CAN'T ACCESS ANY SITES DUE TO RECENT UPDATE - SEC ERROR EXPIRED ISSUER CERT - no way to bypass this like Ive been able too in the past

I dread the days where FF has an updated version of something for me to install.. because this issue ALWAYS rears its ugly head.

I've been ignoring the updates since Feb and for very good reason because this time (138.01 or whatever) I'm unable to bypass these security certificate expired error codes that say:

"If your clock is already set to the right time, the website is likely misconfigured, and there is nothing you can do to resolve the issue. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem." I literally was able to access all these sites without issue until I downloaded your must have update. How is this fixed???

Should I just uninstall FF and go back to Brave? I'm so tired of dealing with this as a normal day to day, no coding/tech background, etc. internet user.

How about fixing this bug that was put in the last update. I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. I am switching to another browser because I cannot complete a simple login with your bugged software update. I am not using my phone to fix a software issue you have created...do the update or you will be losing more customers.
