some sites directly report the crash of their css files, suggesting clearing the browser cache or using a vpn. But VPNs are illegal!? It was the same in the previous version of the browser... Websites take a very long time to load (half a minute or more)

Youtube COMMENTS do not appear in Firefox Android. Had found a workaround for the last several weeks by tapping video cogwheel, tapping 'Copy debug info', then tapping 'OK'. Comments would then appear.

( Problem does not exist from browsers Chrome and DuckDuckGo.)

BUT as of today, 2025 June 11, even that workaround FAILS.

Hello! Today, suddenly, a video player disappeared on the Twitch streaming service (see screenshot), but the stream sound is playing. I tried clearing Firefox data and later reinstalled the browser completely - didn't fix the problem. I installed two versions (115.17.0esr and 115.23.1esr) because I thought the problem was an update. Both versions of the browser have a problem. In another browser, this problem is missing, Twitch is working! Operating system Windows 7 Pro SP1. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

After the last update to firefox the video does not load. there is sound and the side chat chows. the website loads but no video. it is like the video player is being block. all i get is a large purple question mark on the screen ware the video player would be. I tried troubleshoot mode still the same. i removed all addons still the same. I reset firefox back to default and still the same. i have tried other browser and that all work fine.

I have two MS 11 HP all in one computers. One will search this site just fine https://www.apro.bid/affiliate/michael-clark-410 The other computer hangs up and just cycles. I have done a reset on Firefox with no help. Thanks Charl;es

Just started having ussue with Youtube on Firefox Mobile on an android phone. All I get is the OOPS grease-monkey page. Yet via the app or an actual desktop, Youtube loads fine. Curious if anyone else is having similar issue?

I keep getting the following error message when browsing:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Apache Server at www.tui.co.uk Port 33020"

The search is sucessful in other browsers.

Hello all, I have the same exact problem described in post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1463436, dated 9 December 2024. Until ten days ago (more or less) all was working correctly. At the beginning I thought there was a problem with Intesa because Intesa had problems in all the country in that period, but I have now tried CHROME and found that is working correctly. My system uses Firefox 139.0.1, W10-32 and Iliad FTTH. I have already cleaned cache and data from settings but the problem remains. Any thought? Thanks very much for any help. Mario.

I cannot load the IRS webpage for my account. I load the following page: "https://www.irs.gov/" click on "Sign into your account" which directs me to another webpage: "https://www.irs.gov/your-account". I can get into the Direct Pay website with no problem. I also can access my IRS account using my IPhone which makes me think this is a browser problem. I have disabled anti virus with no success. I called IRS and they have never heard of this problem and had no solution and said they didn't handle this issues.

Any suggestions please?

My YouTube page wont complete its opening/loading process. This just started today and has never happened before. I've tried "reloading" it several times but to no avail. I see I can open YouTube properly using the Microsoft Edge browser, but Firefox is getting stuck in the opening/loading process. I even tried "restarting my Desktop PC (that I use for this everyday). It did not help.

DISREGARD-Fixed, it was a Firefox Extension messing everything up.

Lost notifications, chatbox ability and formatting for quick reply message box on a website I use daily. (https://escapefromreality.forumotion.co.uk/forum) Also lost the scrolling bar across the top of the page that took me to a particular place.

No other Firefox users there are having this issue. I don't know whether a Firebox update took place or what. I was off the computer for about 5 days and when I went back to the website I was having the issues. I was using Adblock but don't know if something happened with them or not, it had worked perfectly previously. I disabled the Adblock but still no change.

When opening Dalle-AI this message is on the screen "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)". I don't know what to do.

Have been unable to login to Spectrum using Firefox for some time now. Checked with Spectrum techs & they say the problem is with Firefox. Also having trouble with other streaming sites using my ID's & passwords. They all seem to work using Chrome. Can you please help get back to logging in with Firefox?
