When I open Facebook(to log in) or Gmail, I find my e- mail ID and password already typed. So anyone who uses my computer can open my account. What to do?

This happens only in Mozilla Firefox.

Chosen solution

  1. Log off those sites before you close Firefox.
  2. Don't use "Remember Me" when you log into those websites.
  3. Clear your cookies when you close Firefox, if the above is too much trouble. Options -> Privacy --> Cookies = Keep until: -> I close Firefox
  4. or - Clear the cookies for just those websites manually before you close Firefox.

Or you can look for an extension that will do #4 automatically.
