How can we "ENABLE" an Add-On for all workstations.

We are looking for a way to "ENABLE" the (Symantec Vulnerability Protection 12.0.5.3) office wide. After installing a newer version of (Symantect Endpoint Protection) we see the SVP Add-on for Firefox which is disabled by default and presents the user with that information. Rather then bother each user we want to deploy a resalution that will simply Enable the Add-On in Firefox 24 for all workstations. I tried to find the registry Key that controls the add-on in firefox but it looks to be user specific.
