how can get back my previously stored passwords ?

Hello There my old laptop was destroyed , yet the hard disk wasn't damaged I was installing the add-on " password-exporter " on the old laptop Is there anyway I can get the old passwords N.B : I didn't synchronize or take any data for the old one Plz ,,, Help me I Need the old passwords so bad ,,,,
