The symbol in the middle of the bar is a box with an arrow in it and two small round cylinders on top.

If I right click on the bar and inspect element it returns object#SCB_Bar Then if I copy inner HTML element it gives me this info.

 <param value="false" name="menu">

Something that appears on all pages could be a feature of an add-on. You could review your extensions and disable ALL nonessential ones here:

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions category

Take nothing for granted because rogue add-ons may use the names of other publishers and products, including Mozilla and Firefox.

After rebooting, it has disappeared. I had previously rebooted and it did not help. Solved for the time being. Thank you.

This grey bar means you cave something that collects info on your websurfing; it is called Entrusted by conduit.com. You may've gotten it from using couponbuddy or weatherchannel.

Delete it from your add on extensions or plug ins in each of your installed browsers (eg Firefox, Chrome, etc)
