this problem happens almost all the time. I have latest version of Firefox but it has been happening for quite awhile. sometimes pages load fairly fast but more often than not i have to right click on the tab to reload the tab. it doesnt seem to matter how much content there is on a webpage or the number of tabs i have open.

i have DISabled my norton security suite version 6.3.0.14 firewall and antivirus but it did not make any difference. pages still loaded slowly

Chosen solution

There are several different solutions that various people have had success with:

One is downgrade to Flash 10.3. [[Flash 11.3 crashes#w_solution-2-downgrade-to-flash-10-3|Solution 2:Downgrade to Flash 10.3]]

Another is Firefox reset: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Let me know if either of these help!

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that works nay better.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I can and will do that but if this, in fact, does help what will it tell me? From what I know about Safe Mode it loads only the "bare bones" windows settings which I certainly would NOT be happy running all the time just to solve my problem.

A reply would be greatly appreciated and thank you.
Have a good day/night, whichever it is where you are. wink
