FF only downloads a small part of an .exe file

When I go to a website which offers a download of their product (.exe), FF only gives option to save (not run) and when I try to save it, I end up with a file in the destination folder which is only a couple of KB in size .. but it should be 3.4MB.

thank you. Deduced the problem is with an extension .. INTERCLUE and have notified them.
