I cannot print email. Just updated download to printer. How can I get email to print?

I recently downloaded an up date to my Kodak printer/scanner. Since doing that, I cannot get my email to print. I can print word documents etc., but not email. I can also print when I use Internet Explorer as my browser, but I don't want to do that. I think this could be a minor fix but I don't know how to do it.
