Hi julietsdream,

Have you recently upgraded? If you have, you should look at this article with common questions after upgrading.

If you see the Firefox menu at the top of the screen, just go to Firefox > Options > Options and you'll be able to see the Sync Panel. If you would like to give Firefox a more familiar look and feel, try going to Firefox > Options > Menu Bar. This will give you menu options across the top of the page.
