Firefox unable to load any web page after suggested fixes applied and reinstall

Original install of browser worked fine. A month or so later, "Unable to load web page". Other browsers work fine. Suggested fixes on Firefox site did not work. Uninstall/Re-install did not effect. No other Firefox suggestions found on site.
