how do I fix this This Connection is Untrusted
I have spoken to this website and they told me it had been fixed yet I still get this message.

No problem here with that website.
Try clearing your browser cache.
Firefox button > History -> Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.
I have actually tried that
That is a problem with that server.
The server doesn't send the required RapidSSL CA from GeoTrust, Inc. intermediate certificate.
So if Firefox hasn't stored that certificate from visiting a server in the past that has send it then you get an untrusted connection error message.
