Firefox 5.0 doesn't work with multiple simultaneous users on Windows 7 (switch user)

Running Windows 7 Professional on a domain, Firefox 5.0 and it says its up to date in the Help > About screen.

User A logs in, opens Firefox, does stuff, leaves it open but goes Start > Switch User. User B logs in, Firefox won't open. The error message is "Firefox is already open but not responding". I went into task manager and killed it, then it started but recovered the tabs that User A had open (whooops!).

I CAN replicate this issue.

Is it just me? Can anyone else replicate this? How do I report a bug?
