Cannot import or export bookmark with FF4.0 on Ubuntu 11

With FF4.0 on Ubuntu 11, I cannot import/export bookmarks anymore. After clicking the "Show all bookmarks" under bookmark tab, a new window pops up, which should be the previous Library window. BUT there is no choice for importing/exporting available in this window.

Is this Ubuntu-specific problem?
