When trying to connect to my website host a login in box appears with my login and password already typed in. When I press ok the box just appears again. When I look at the log/queue it says login it says, user okay, but password required. I have deleted the password on the login box and retyped, but it still happens. It also says PASS (password not shown). the number beside the attempt is 331
